[Resolved] Allied Trade Masters (Regd.) — Insurance Not Delivered | |||
Sir, With due respect and honor I would like to lay down a few lines for kind consideration. I (Kumar Saurabh) D1-83/84, New Kondli, Mayur Vihar Phase - III, New Delhi - 110096, had applied for an Insurance for my bike the Vehicle No MH 14 BG 1597 on dated 22/May/2012 from Allied Trade Masters (Regd.) Address, C-8/87, 3rd Floor, Sector-5, Rohini, Delhi-110085, Regd No 1094, Phone No [protected][protected]. I was told that they will send me the Insurance within 2-3 days but I never got it. Today when I called them to enquire about the insurance, first off all they began to give me some lame excused like you did not pick up the call and all and later on they said that they will call me back in 5 minutes but they did not call me so I called them back and said that (aap log apni commitment puri kyon nahin karte hai) after listening to this the girl who picked up my call bag-an to shout on me. I kept on saying that listen to me but she did not and finally she transferred the line to one of the men Arvind choudhry who was very rude. I thought I will ask him by what date and time I will get the insurance why it late but the moment he came on line began to shout and abuse and said he wont provide me any insurance so asked me to do whatever and he said (agar himmat hain mere office se aa kar le jaana). I did not want to argue with him so I disconnected the call. I had taken a car insurance policy from Allied Trade Masters, Sec-14, Rohini, New Delhi. I was supposed to be issued a zero depreciation, cashless claim policy from Natonal Insurance with zero No Claim Bonus because I had taken a claim on my car on my last policy. I had paid the full amount Rs. 9850/- in cash to their representative Radhe Shyam (Ph.No.[protected].
I have been issued an incorrect policy which is a reimbursement policy & I also got 20% No Claim Bonus as well. I called up in their office "N" number of times & have spoken with their owner Ankush Kapoor (Ph.No.[protected]) unlimited times to get this rectified but the policy did not get changed. Unfortunately, I met with an accident in Feb'13 and the car got damaged. I called up Ankush to get this resolved as soon as possible, he advised me to get the car fixed & take a claim, he will get the claim settled in 2-3 weeks. My claim is now pending at National Insurance because of NCB certificate from my previous insurance company.
I have been calling Ankush for the last 3 months that I do not have NCB certificate which he knows & have asked him to get this claim settled & get me a correct policy. He never picks up my call and when he picks he gives a false information every time and makes false commitments.

These guys are fake, never give the policy, their certificate of insurance does nt have any sort of insurance policy number of insurance company name, this is not validated when you want to renew the policy by some other insurance company in future,
