Almirah — Almiah Replacement | |
I have bought a new Wardrobe from Home Town in the end of August. After almost 10 days it was delivered ..on 5 of Sep. After a few more days a fitter came to assemble and then we found that two sheets are in absolute bad condition and need replacement. we lodged a complain in the customer care desk around 15 th of September. Also the fitting was so bad that we were not been able to lock the computer. After several types of reminder the customer care is not responding to this. Please resolve this problem asap. Almirah — Customer complaint not being attended
Dear Sir . Madam ,I have lodged a complaint regarding door of the new Almirah bought in August 2010 not being closed properly, however till now no one has attended the complaint.We have personally gone to the shop from where we bought the Almirah to send some one regarding the same. We have bought it from a authorised dealer in gurgaon near DT Mega mall . we are regular customer of Godrej and if you do not provide customer service , we would stop using the products offered by Godrej. we want you to send some one ASAP to rectify the problem.
