Please take care while ordering ACK Subscriptions or TINKLE extra from ACK- India. Because they don't deliver properly and their will new inventions daily when u ask about the same. I am posting here all correspondenses between me and ACK below which is self explanatory:

As per the above request I agreed to continue with the subscription. If you are trying to play with this silly thing, you can consider that the all the subscription has been delivered since Nov 2010 (As it is not done). And please stop the future delivery and reimburse the remaining amount to my credit card.

The worst customer complaint procedure you have, you don’t know how to deal with the customer. Daily there will be new inventions from your side. If you have any blog discussion in Internet can I put the complaint there what is happening?. Do have any bloody centralized complaint handling procedure. Fulk ummmmmmmmm

What u think about the pupil?, only I have this business to do, to co-ordinate daily for this small amount. Fulk,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I cannot accept any late delivery as you mentioned missing. Although I cannot agree for any compromise lesser than discussed earlier.

I want the action today itself regarding the reimbursement or agreed before. I will put all correspondence with proof in internet to avoid future cheating with customers and to protect them.

Don’t send email with inventions.

I received the first copy of the above subscription today only. In the address print out the expiry date mentioned is 30/11/2011, please update in your system the new expiry date to 28/02/2012 as the subscription only started in March 2011 as per your default.

Reference to my complaint below on 22/01/2010 no response have found until now, that means there is no seriousness in your business. After checking with my children I have found that only 1 issue had received from this subscription. My old subscription no: 26650 was properly delivered. Please I request to cancel the order & make necessary arrangement to refund the balance amount.

Your earliest action will be highly appreciated.
