Though i had subscribed for free subscription of amar chitra katha for a period of 6months after 6months my bank account was debited for Rs. 1178.82/- on 03/03/24 as renewal of subscription without my knowledge.

At the time of subscription by default auto renew option was selected by default but while renewal my consent for debiting the said amount of Rs. 1178.82/- was not taken.

Without intimation unauthorised subscription money deduction of Rs. 1178.82 on 03.03.2024.

I have placed order number 25002. It is now more than 10 days and the order is neither shipped nor I am provided any update as yet
No response to email sent 4 days ago to customer care email mentioned. The WhatsApp shown phone number is always switched off and the customer care chat with agent is in not available now status...

I have reached out through multiple means to know teh staus of my order and when it wil be delivered

I have purchased the Amar Chitra Katha App Lifetime Subscription on 30 August 2023, Invoice No. 15918, Order No. 16919. As yet I do not have access to all the Amar Chitra Katha titles as stated in the advertisement.

We had ordered in bulk by order no. 78504 on 18th August 2023 but there is no information on the shipment till now and it is continuously showing as 'in process'. All the numbers given for customer care etc. are switched off or incoming calls are not allowed on the numbers. We want to have the order delivered immediately or our money to be refunded....

It has been almost a month now still my refund is not received for unwanted subscription.

Also neither they have sent any mail or contacted me in this regard....

I had placed an order of 11 Amar Chitra katha books on 16 June 2023 amounting to Rs 2091, the payment was done through UPI, the amount was debited but the order was not placed I waited for a few minutes, but nothing happened, I did not receive any confirmation mail from their side I tried calling the customer care but none of their numbers are valid and working. Kindly look through this....

I subscribed to the ACK app in Sept'22 with mobile no.[protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com.

However, after subscribing and registering for the auto renewal, I tried to cancel the auto renewal.

But, I did not find any option on its app, however, i sent emails to company on 18.09.2022 & 20.09.2022 at [protected]@ack-media.com asking for the same. They didn't respond. Copy of the email sent...

Hi, I had placed this order on 3rd of March and am yet to receive delivery. If Delivery cannot be done, need refund please...

I opted for 3month subscription and made the payment on Mar 23rd.
However after payment in mobile app, it still says you need to subscribe.

Bought the ACK lifetime membership on 9th Dec 2022 from grabon and have received the receipt from email.
But till now no communication from ACK team neither the membership got activated.
Have sent them numerous emails but no response....
