[Resolved]  Amaron Battery — Lost of warenty papers

Hi,

I lost gurantee card of battery s/no.[protected], which was purchased before a year having 36 months warenty. Now, the battery is not working and your dealer decleared it dead.
As the battery is in gaurantee period and you may search the manufacturing date from the serial no. & request to you having sufficient proof of lost of papers and gurantee card. plz instruct dealer to issue the fresh battery. Also Inform me as soon as possible.& give the address from where i can exchage the same i am live in Neral Tal. Karjat. Dist. Raigad State Mahatrashra

waraanti card is loss, but i have purchesh bill,
battery warranti me hai dealer new battery de nai raha. bhuth zagada karne ke bad battery mil gayi liken waraanti card nai de raha wo.
wo khe raha ki waranti card replace battery ko nai milta.

i had purchased 160 ah amron battery for our house ups . after one year its found to be working for just 10 min. i lost my warranty card and having the bill. what can i do to get the replacement of battery without having the warranty card. please tell me
