Thank you for impersonating Rohit Suri and answering all the queries. But the fact remains that this group has no intention of returning the investors money or completing the projects. Yesterday one of your collegues was arrested in Delhi and brought to Jaipur. Maybe you are next in line to be arrested. It seems that Rohit Suri is turning you all in to the authorities one by one.

A word to other investors:- This type and scale of fraud is not possible without the involvement of the bank officials. There are two major players in this, one is IDBI and the other is HDFC. Both the banks are hell bent upon pinning the blame on the individual investors and hiding their own faults. Also there are two entities Amay and Gold dreams. But going through the comments above I was unable to find even a single reference to Mehraj Khan. The last I heard he had opened another company and is roaming freely in Jaipur. He also has to be roped in to this issue.

I booked 2 bed room flat in My liberty homes and invested 1lac in buy back scheme. My loan is also disbursed of 8lac from IDBI bank …. I belong to jaipur …… visited his office minimum 30 times to claim…… rohit met me only once …. His staff always fooled me and made new stories every time
Met Amardeep arora, santosh tanija, prikshit singh, Rohit menroy, chaten bhalla… every one came with new stories….. had to go there office every time bcos on one attends call.

During visit to his office I found the janam patri of rohit suri

I know rohit suri….. this is a suger coated poison … trying to fool all o[censored]s … as if only he has the brains and rest all o[censored]s are from mad house…

Facts and frauds of Rohit suri

Only 2 years ago he was living in a flat, that too of his sister and has a 3rd hand stupid car……. Now in just 2 years he made a luxury house in 400sq.yd..a hot property in hottest location in vaishali nagar ( 7 bed rooms house, roof top garden, huge basement.. property worth (2.2 crore)..big 56 inches LCD tv (3lac)… Italian wooden imported Bar worth 3lac…. Imported liquor in it worth 5lac….double door hi class fridge worth 1.5 lac…… bathrooms fitted with jaguar taps and luxury of Jacuzzi bath tub worth 7lac and many more luxury stuff of living in with comfort worth 20 lac……..

Now let’s talk about Rohit suri cars…( 2 members in family)

BMW 5 series automatic gear worth 55 lacs…. Ford endeavor worth 18 lacs…… Honda civic automatic gear worth 12 lacs…. Skoda worth 14 lac… maruti swift worth 5.5 lac…. Maruti van worth 3 lac…. And imported Honda bike Haya Busa 1000cc worth 12lacs……Total- 1.15 crore

And many more properties in jaipur, jummu etc

Rohit ji you enjoyed with our money on foreign trips… Europe tour…. Singapore, pataya, Bangkok, Malaysia trip (3 times)…china trip (2 times)

All this on our hard earned money which we saved compromising our day to day needs…………….. Our saving is his luxury.

On projects he has taken loan from Rajasthan finance corp… 21.70 crore
Booking amount from us on 5 different projects………………. 23.48 crores
Customers who gave home loan………………………&hel...⇄ crore
Construction linked amount from customers………………….. 11.5 crore ….. Total--- 69.85 crore

Wow…. And with all this money he was not able to complete a single project of 18 crore………….where did all this crores and crores of money gone.

Mr rohit suri we all can see your intentions…….

We all have seen your CMD communication, that you gave 80 lac(who knows) to Vikas, Amardeep and khanna….. only 80 lac made you bankrupt (your cars only are more in value then this) how can you blame them. ………… more into it … your cheques started bouncing in the month of Feb 09…. That means you had no money in Fed 09. Where as in your communication you gave 80 lac to them in the month of june 09 .. if you had no money how did you manage that money for them( ITS ALL )
It is very funny to see that you had already taken so much of money and still you wanted 100crors of loan to payback to customers with only liability of 6 crores

Rohit suri, don’t try to throw sand in our eyes to take sympathy.

How many of the assets are in Rohit Suri's name ?
His BMW has already been picked up by the bank.
I have also heard that he has transferred his assets in his wife's name
and is planning to file for divorce so that legally most of these things
cannot be used for recovery if he is caught...

Uptill now Chetan Bhalla was replying to all these posts posing as Rohit Suri, but that has also stopped.

But my query still remains open...what about Mehraj khan ? Being an investor in Gold dream project we were in touch with Mehraj, but after that he sold off to Suri and is totally free of any liability...

Does anyone has any details of Mehraj...

I am Meghraj living in Pune & had brought the same through my friend Bharat working with relience.
i am also a victim of the Gold dreams project started in 2006
i am getting frequent reminders from the bank on the payment.

how do i make the payments when i dont have a house which i have booked
i have read the entire agreement which we have signed.
the builder has to make pre EMI pymnts to the bank till completion.

now he has to not only pay back the bank but also refund our money with 8% Intereset.

i have filed a civil suit & consumer redressal forum against all the absconding people in this project.
All should file Civil complaint in the people involved under section 420 of IPC.

Namely Miraj KhanRohit Suri/Rohit Menroy & all the developers named in the agreement.
we should all unite together & visit the CM bunglow at civil lines to intervene.
These fraudsters should be booked & stoned in streets of Jaipur.
I had taken personal loan to pay the upfront payment.(75 K)

Two held for duping people

Vidhayakpuri police on Wednesday arrested and brought back from Delhi an accused fraudster Rohit Suri and his accomplice Rohit Menrai for defrauding people of crores of rupees in the name of booking flats in Jaipur.Amay Home Services Limited, the name of the firm under which the duo functioned, collected crores from unsuspecting people.They tried to flee with the cash.Police said several cases of fraud has been pending against the duo with the SOG.

I had also invested thru Vikas Yadav in the said project and was amazed to see that he diminished his contact with me over the period of time. when i contacted him he did not respond. later he asked me to file an fir in thana and pay rs 5000 for police wala expenses. and yet there was no response from his side. today i got to know that he has been arrested in some case and is behind bars in rajsamand. if any one has got any info on this thief then pls share on this site.

I am also victim of this Meeraj Khan of Gold Dreams - Skyline Project with his sweet words who has sold his project to Rohit Suri, who is another sweet buger. After reading all the above comments, its really shocking the way these people has used our hard earned monie and enjoyed the life. I have also learnt that Rohit Suri has migrated to Australia and won't be coming back. Now, what I can see is the next possible move is to hire one good & powerful advocate to minimise the cost for filing case and do the following thru lawyer without delay :-

1. Notify and intervene Govn. is such a big scam.
2. Intervene all the local authorities required.
3. Govn. should takeover all the projects and handover to reputed builder (ISO)
4. Builder to workout strategies for financing, repayment, building and re-booking of the project.

This is the only hope and way out. What happens to Rohit is his fate? We are concerned about our monie, which should able to fetch us atleast same amount of monie what we have invested as the land and property values have gone up so far and builder or developer taking over will have benefits for all this.

First and first very important step is to build-up our own community, who are victims and finalised the lawyer based on above recommendations.

To start with, all the victims should open Yahoo IDs and meet-online at 1900 hrs on Sun / Tue / Thurs. on Yahoo Messenger and send mass emails accordingly and schedule meeting in Jaipur. You can also post Yahoo IDs on this site and all the concern victims should know the Yahoo IDs of each other and keep on adding. We should all go together recruit a lawyer and go to local authorities to formaly lodge complaint.

If anybody has got better suggestion to start of our movement, please feel free to start.

Mr. Vikas Yadav is currently with police custody with a 2005 accident case when his car lost control which resulted in a persons death. PLEASE NOTE : THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SURI - AMAY HOME CASE. As a good citizen he surrendered to the police after the court denied him bail. Most probably he should be back by next week after the issue is resolved.
