It is communicated to all that only a few 7-8 investors have regsitered to the new website.
This may also be judged as currently in this blog there are more than 70-80% fraud posts and fraud investors who are just doing time pass and misguiding people.

Today there is a newspaper notice published by Rajasthan Finance Corp. (RFC) in Rajasthan Patrika (page-11) whereby notice has been given for auctioning SKYLINE project of AMAY (Krishna Villa Apt. Pvt. Ltd.) which is to take place on 28.4.10. If the auction takes place, the there would be serious set-back to the investors who have purchased flats in the SKYLINE project. Therefore, immediate action is required to protect the interest of investors and stay on auction is to be obtained. I am closing reading these complaints against Amay Group from very long and found some misunderstanding between investors about the facts of the company.

I am Rohtash, ex employee of Amay Group. I have left the company a year ago when company blamed on me for taking funds from the company for personal use. Mr. Rohit Suri and Mr. Vikas Yadav both jointly lodged FIR against me in Vashali Nagar Police Station. They both came to my house at 11pm in night in last august and threatened my wife and son. We have left Jaipur due to these 2 people.

They both are best of the friends and all this which is happing in Jaipur under Vikas guidance is a fake. I am 100% sure if Rohit Suri is absconding them Vikas must be knowing his location. As I was Director for Human Resources department in Amay Group, I know who is the director and who else is employee.

I sure on my only son that above information is 100% correct and I am writing in interest of people and employees, who are innocent and should not be bothered.

Sir, you are absolutely right on the information that we all employees are getting together and going to lodge an complaint against the company and the Directors.

I request all the employee to come in front and raise your voice against the fraud. We all are innocent and All the employees are request to meet Mr. Subir Kumar - Commissioner Of (Labour ) Department, Office of Labour Commissioner. SHRAM BHAWAN, Shanti Nagar, Khatipura Road Hasanpura, Jaipur - 302006. Government of Rajasthan. and register their complaint.

All the employees including sales department, Cafe Liberty, Home Loan department, Administration department, Customer care department, accounts department are requested to reach the labour office and register their complaint.

We all 200 employees and investors will join together to raise voice against the crime and will take our due's salary.

All the Investor's of Skyline should immediately file Civil Case / FIR without further delay. As mentioned auction is taking place on 28.04.2010 and we should protect our rights on the investment.

I am also an investor in the liberty kingdom project and have given 1, 50, 000 as booking amount in december 2008.the project was promised to start in january 2009 but not yet in progress.I dont reside in jaipur due to which i cant follow up with the matter.2 weeks before i was in india and tried to contact all the employees but their nos.were unavailable and the office was also sealed.

U r good for nothing...u were HR director in Amay home services ... and partner of rohit suri in Amay managment Ltd...as HR head u never opened the PF account of 200 poor employees... You made good money with rohit suri and worked with him in relience communications ltd also... You have made fraud of 20 lac in the name getting loan for rohit suri... u were cought in the night by rohit suri and vikas yadav while trying to runaway from jaipur when suri demanded 20 lacs back... fact of vikas is that he had given 1.5 lac to you also when you needed in need and you never returned that amount back to him ... You are one ungreatful hiding in Agra.

vikas yadav is doing all hard work to help investors... vikas yadav is the only ex employee out of 200 employees who is working day and night with suffered customers for justice...

I had worked for Amay Home Services Ltd. from Jan. 2009 to March 2009. I know all very well. Mr. Rohit Suri, Mr. Chetan Bhalla, Mr. Parikshit Singh, Mr. Vikas Yadav all are very very smart to misguide the people who had invested or worked with the co.

Even friends you do not believe that co. had not paid the salary and conveyance exp. to the guys who worked for the co. using own pocket money.

Please do not believe all these nonsense words of Mr. Suri, use your mind & think that ...

1) Mr. Suri can buy a BMW but can't pay salary to employees who can generate revenue for his co., it's very strange.

2) He can arrange a party in five star hotel on victory of his cricket team, but can't pay the conveyance exp. to employees.

3) He can pay two lakh monthly rent of a big office on ajmer road to attract more investors but can't give monthly incentives to employees to grow up his sales ... amazing ...

So friends, always keep in mind these things. Forget your money for a while and take action. Best of luck.

We have filed a writ petition in Rajasthan High Court on 26th April'10, Writ No.6112/2010 for stopping RFC auction of Jagatpura land. The writ has been filed by 8 Skyline customers.

There is no post here since last 3 months.

I had various discussion in between with various people including some bank officials who deals in mortgage and lawyers, both have the same opinion- We need to file a group FIR and Civil case against the builder and bank both and take a stand that the investment in the project was done because banks were giving loan on this and as per the bank guidelines Banks would have done the due diligence in this before makig the project bankable.

In a normal scenario the verdict goes against the individual petitioner as he/she is the primery borrower and fine prints on the loan documents make him responsible for the repayment.

However if a group FIR and case is filed then only court will take action against the bank and will make it responsible for this, apart from recovery from the builder(individual capacity) and giving some part of the land for auction(rest to RFC for recovery of loan) to refund the money given by the investors otherwise the lan will also go to Rfc in some time, in the whole scenario the laws are not very clear and if each case is lodged seperetly we will not have the power to face the court battle alone. IN group atleast we will ensure that 2-3 people form the group is present at the time of hearing otherwise it will be very difficult to handle

Also it's time to involve media groups to build some pressure on the Police to take action on the other accused i.e.Meraj ul nabi khan, Naved Saidi etc.

Plase unite now else within 1-2 years the case will get dismissed and we all will be paying the money back to the bank for some property we never had/have.
Also people form the corporate sector where banks employeesgave them presentation about the project need to file a seperate FIR against the bank for fooling them, all this is required to build pressure else it's a lost battle.
