I believe everyone must have received the notices from the bank by now, What action plan are we taking, remember, if we will wait here to get a good lawyer and believe someone will fight for us, forget it, the normal costing to fight such case if 4-5 lakhs by a good lawyer and without uniting together no one can fight it all alone.

Also remember in absense of a group and a quality lawyer we all will be paying back the absurd amount of money to the bank, as Bank will put the best lawyers - they have too much at stake,

Also the notice says that the loan is already declared NPA...I am from Banking industry and the course of action post this is that the cases will be referred to DRT(Deby recovery tribunal) - the first step from DRT will be to freeze all the bank accounts and properties we have and will attach this loan to them for replayment - its doesn't mean that they will take away the money from your account but till the time the case is resolved in DRT- post that DART(Debt appelate recovery tribunal and then the H'ble high court) you will not be allowed to use any money from your saving accounts...

Please guys don't think about 10-20k right now, if we all pool in the money we will be able to get out of this ..

I have spoken to some fairly big lawyers in Delhi - however the cost there is refraining me to hire them, instead I am using a normal Tis hazari lawyer - which I know is not usefull in long run.

My number is given please call me to create that pool, or if you don't trust the details given above check with some legal person yourself.

The delay we are doing is going to act as an negative point agianst us during the court hearing, we need to file a case against the bank and builder both...

I have a flat booked in Liberty Homes in 2008, Jaisinghpura Jaipur.

Few months back I have filed the court case against the Builder, Bank(IDBI)and CIBIL. But the things are moving at really slow pace.

I stay out of Jaipur and don't have the current update. Is there anyone who has the latest update regarding the case?
