[Resolved]  Amay Home Services Ltd. , Jaipur — Builder Rohit Suri absconding , all his check is bounced

Rohit Suri of Amay home Services, jaipur , Corp. office at
unit no. 22-26/35-38, 3rd floor, orbit mall,Arcade International , Ajmer Road
Jaipur-30 2006.
We have booked 2 falts which we have payed 10% rest was loan from idbi bank ,
Rohit Suri was supposed to pay the intrest emi to the bank until the possession
which he has not down for past 6 months .
We have also invested in the scheme in which he was supposed to give us
50% extra on the amount which we have invested after 6 months of which he
payed us the checks which bounced several times.
Even after contacting him he reassured that he has been in contact with some
person of Mumbai of which he is going to be the partner with , after that he
is going to normalise all the things .
But now we are trying to contact all his number without any success , we have
come to know that he is absconding .

Really appreciate you for sharing janam kundali of () called Rohit Suri.
I agree with you that he had PRIOR INTENTION of CHEATING.
We really have to find him dead or alive.
I know Rohit sometimes you also access & read this, i tell you that we will hang you & your team members. Beta kab tak bachaga...
guys-rohit suri committed a fraud and ran away.he's not the first and last animal on this planet who's done this.get over your anger and frustration and instead of venting it here get your act together and do something to recover your hard earned money. I have already contacted my friends in media to see how a campaign can be initiated so that the police and others can be activated to do something about this and he is brought to the law. it's the largest private sector 'ghotala' in Jaipur in the recent years. He's duped his friends, family and everyone else who trusted him.Don't have any sympathy for the person who tried to screw you.I am not going to let this pass and will definitely get back at him. he was last hiding in delhi/gurgaon.the money that he collected from us is not evaporated .it's somewhere.So a judicial process can definitely recover money from him and sell of all his assets etc. to pay for our loans that he took from us/banks. i am not going to pay for the banker's mistakes. how come they failed to do a proper due diligence on the assets that he used for the loans? they should also loose their jobs and pay for their greeds and wrongdoings!!!

I fully aggreed with articale above me. How can Banks so irresponsible, they give too much loan without knowing credibility of builder.
Now IDBI asking his loan interest money saying builder is delaying project.
Banks role also comes under scanner. Must file case against bank official who helped rohit suri to take loan behalf o[censored]s.
U all requested to not to pay money to bank untill tht issue is solved.
What banks doing now, they just want to recover their money from coustmer hard earned money, leaving builder in cool place.

there is a group in jaipur who is taking all the pains to resolve . ... case of buy back scheme, IDBI bank, my liberty home project and the luxury studio ... they are moving in right direction...

heard that (in case of IDBI bank) group lawer(which is high court lawer) is confident that IDBI bank is guilty and cant clame any loan money from the customers of amay home services...complaint format against IDBI will be available tomorrow which will be standard for all o[censored]s ( home loan cases)... if i receive it by tomorrow i will mail to all... hope for the best, , , , , , ,

I think I have been cheated as well...I have been trying to reach out to the numbers provided to me by Amay Homes Services Ltd. (Parikshit Singh - [protected], +[protected], Sameer Haldani - [protected]) for past many days however have not been able to get through to any of them.
The numbers are not reachable or out of service.
I had booked the flat at "Skyline Jagatpura" through Gold Dream Builders also know as Dream Negotiants and later they sold off the project to Amay Home Services Ltd.
I just spoke to the Bank (IDBI), and thry said that the builder has not paid the EMIs (Pre-EMIs, to be paid by the builders) sine JUNE 2009.
THEY ARE ALL ABSCONDING

Mr. Vikas Yadav is currently with police custody with a 2005 accident case when his car lost control which resulted in a persons death. PLEASE NOTE : THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SURI - AMAY HOME CASE. As a good citizen he surrendered to the police after the court denied him bail. Most probably he should be back by next week after the issue is resolved.

Today there is a newspaper notice published by Rajasthan Finance Corp. (RFC) in Rajasthan Patrika whereby notice has been given for auctioning SKYLINE project of AMAY (Krishna Villa Apt. Pvt. Ltd.) which is to take place on 28.4.10. If the auction takes place, the there would be serious set-back to the investors who have purchased flats in the SKYLINE project. Therefore, immediate action is required to protect the interest of investors and stay on auction is to be obtained. All those who have booked flats in SKYLINE project may contact ANANT BHANDARI, Advocate, 2, Museum Road, Near Ram Niwas Garden, Jaipur.- Moblie – [protected]. He is in process of filing petition in High Court for stay of auction and for protection of investors interest.

I am closely wathcing the entire scam from last 20-30 days. Intresting part of the entire scam is not known to all of you. As per the information given to me the financers are equally responsible for the scam. As per the RBI guide line they are not supposed to disburse the loan without the permission and verification of the project.In my opinion all of you shall take action against the builder as well as the bank loans who disbursed the loan without verifying the stage of the completion of the project.
