[Resolved] Amba Bajaj — Worst in Class Service from Amba Bajaj
Hi Friends, Please careful while giving your bike for a service. Do not blindly give it to a bad hand like Amba Bajaj (Worst in class for Babaj Service). I given my bike for a PAID Servicing at Amba Bajaj, Bomahalli. While receiving their executives behaves like strangers. They never wrote the complaints even after I said those things repeatedly. They dont have place for helmet. Anyhow I wanted to take a chance for Amba Bajaj. While receiving I struggled for more than half an hour standing in a queue to get the bill, which should have done by their executives. After receiving the bike I found many issues. My disc brake is not mounted properly. They forgot to tight the screws. I doubt whether they change the engine oil or any lubrication they charge for. Yes, another thing, the polish also horrible...it is scattered. If the response for a PAID service like this...think about the free service. I suggest to go for RV Bajaj, they have best in class service I found in Bangalore. May some people have bad experience but I disagree with them. I have tested with free and well as paid service with them. Was this information helpful?

Initial service, booking and registration of bike is good (as it is for their benefit) but the bike delivery is pathetic. I brought Bajaj Avenger 220cc Cruise in March . it had many issue, rust on weld joint and chrome parts, scratches and bird poop marks on tank, fuel gauge was not working, come cover on the tank had spots all over due to rusting etc etc .. also, i asked them for teflon coating, looking at the bike at delivery, it looked like it was not even touched. while delivering the bike was cleaned by dirty and oil cloth make it look 10-year-old.
i cleaned it myself and polished ooh God it looked awesome, but that reviled all the problems that I have mentioned before, I thing cleaning with dirty oily cloth was done intentionally to hide the defects.
went back and ask them to fix it problems that I found out will washing and polishing the bike. they replace the parts and the tank with the demo bike they have (which had more scratches than previous tank) . went back again ... nothing was done. totally unprofessional.
so now I am planning to spend 3-4K more and fixing the issue myself.
go and take look at their warehouse. bikes are kept like scrap, no protecting from rain or sun.
