SHE TOOK A HANDICAPE CONCESSIONAL QUARTERLY SEASON TICKET WITH ESCORET FROM BORIVALI STATION TO DADAR ON DT.[protected] FROM WINDOW-02 @ 7PM AND SHE WAS CHARGED RS.420/- MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THIS DEAF & DUMP HANDICAPE IS GETING 50% CONCESSION WITH THE ESCORT AND GENERAL RATE FOR THE QUARTERELY SEASON TICKET ITSELF RS.345/- I DON'T GET HOW THE RLY.STAFF CALCULATE AND CHARGED RS.420/- RS.345/- 'S 50% IS 172.50 ONLY AND ESCORTERS IS ALSO GETTING 50% CONCESSION THEN WHY THEY CHARGED MORE, IAM WAITING FOR REFUND OF MY EXCESS MONEY AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT BOOKING STAFF MUST KNOW THE RULES AND ISSUE TICKET TO THE HANDICAP PERSON VERY FAST AND EASILY IN MY NEXT MAIL I WILL SEND YOU THE SCAN COPY OF MY RAILWAY PASS FOR YOUR KIND REFRENCE THANKING YOU Was this information helpful? | |||
