[Resolved]  AMR Infrastructure — Fraud promises by company

AMR Infrastructure Ltd., cheating dozens of innocent investors must be taken seriously by the authorities and take quick action against the management of AMR by freezing their Bank Accounts, initiating criminal cases against them for frauds played with the investors and above all they must be barred running any business, till they have paid to the investors. All their assets, including land and other movable/immovable properties taken over so that they do not sell whatever they have with them leaving the investors high and dry. I have invested Rs 35, 21, 480/= with AMR, starting from 12.07.2006 paid them in 10 instalments.
They change the property several times and the last agreement was signed by one B.G.Soni, their so called Director in 2012 for
a Commercial Property AMR: CSN-AM-5051, Kassel Valley, Adventure Mall, Greater Noida, one of their so called DREAM PROJECT CLAIMING TO BE VERY POPULAR WITH MULTI-NATIONALS and properties were selling like hot cakes.
Some urgent action must be immediately taken by Authorities in Delhi and Delhi Police for this fraud played with the innocent investors, taking them for a ride.

Sir, I had booked a studio apartment in Kessel I Homes project of AMR in 2009 and paid the full amount upfront with monthly assured returns. The company has stopped paying the monthly interest since December, 2013. Even the tax deducted at source has not been deposited by the company. When I approached them on the matter of TDS, they issued post dated cheque for the TDS amount which also bounced.

When I approach the company, they are non-committal, rude and generally keep transferring calls from one person to another. The project is nowhere in sight. The biggest surprise is that not only are they refusing to refund money, they continue to sell further flats at much higher rates in the market and continue to cheat more and more people.

I suggest, we form an association of investors and approach the courts to ensure that our hard earned money is not gobbled up by these people. Regards, A K Sethi

I am also an Investor here. From last more than 03 yrs, I am not getting any return & no one from AMR is responding...Thinking of filling a legal suite.
