Ashish Gupta AMR Infrastructure’s Limited and R.C Info Systems Limited 2425/11, Gurudwara Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 July, 5th – 2015 Dear Mr. B.G. Soni et al, I am writing to inform you of a breach of MoU contract dated 06.05.2014 between us and AMR Infrastructures (Mr. B.G. Soni) which has occurred on numerous occasions. This problem has exaggerated and is causing not only mental harassment, health issues but also causing financial loss. Let me put it this way; I owe a partial amount to bank as part of bank loan I took for this project. The issue started up starting 7th month of MoU. PD cheques were issued for 6 months, the copies I still possess. However, as per your staff, they used to perform RTGS and requested not to use the cheques. Anyway, then the story started for funds- 1. There was an IT raid I was told, hence the late remittance of RTGS 2. Later, the statements shared by your sale staff was – Shortage of funds 3. Then came the last thorn, will have you talk to one of our directors, it’s not only you but other investors too who are suffering. Later, I was put on a phone call with someone named Mr. Ajay Kapoor (Month of May). According to him, they are undergoing funds crunch and do not have the required funds, so bear the loss for a months. Starting next month June, we will make the RTGS for the assured returns and there after no such issues will reoccur. However, this was not done. We have called up numerous time, endless wait, endless list of phone calls to your staff, same excuse- rtgs is done please verify your account in the evening. So, now here I stand without the money being RTGS’ed to my account for month of June (which was due on 16th of June, 2015). It’s all FRAUD and fooling the investors. If as a allottee, I won’t pay for the services, you won’t leave me without having me paying 24% interest, how about you. I am making calls from Pune, my work is suffering, and my business is suffering because of your callous attitude. The contract has been breached not once but number of times. My health is suffering, if something happens to me, I would have you guys to blame for it fully. Amazingly, your staff of AMR Infrastructure starting month of April 2014 they too have gone in hiding, best part for any finance related (assured returns), they have stopped responding to calls and emails. If by any chance they pick up the call it ends up as “RTGS is done’ or a return message “I’m in a meeting”. No further call back no follow up. See my phone/messages bills; you’ll understand my agony, frustration. I would urge to refund my investment made in this project. I have no trust in your words and fully understand this is going nowhere. Kindly understand it’s not an investment which is made in black, it hard earned money. Moreover, I too have a liability to bank, from which partial amount of money has been borrowed. I would like to request a meeting with my representatives and me on conference phone call (else I can join on my own) in order to discuss this breach of contract. I purchased a flat in 2008 in ihomes with 12% monthly return. For few couple of years I have received the checks but after that the checks stop. Now they are not ready to pay even a single check nor refunding our money that we paid to buy the flat. Also the possession is not any time near since they have not even completed the structure. I request the concerned authorities to strictly look into this case because there are thousands of people who have purchased in this project and are now stuck with this builder. Hi, AMR sold the commercial office, shops and I-homes on basis of 12% return but after 2 yrs they stopped paying returns and stopped their construction and no hope in future whether they will even give the purchased unit.how action will be initiated on then.

We purchased our shop from amr nd they said abut asured returns for years till the building buid bt their is no progress in construction nd checks start bouncing and whenever ask for check nd money they said we have no funds what can i do so i can get my whole money back which is about 3500000

AMR is not paying committed assured return and cheating their investor /customer. They have sold the property at double the then prevailing price by making false promises to their customers . I believe that there is already group AMR customers to redress the complaints . Please share its details

Hello, I have booked 341 Sq ft, office space in Manthon project of AMR Infrastructure and as per agreement builder has to pay 12% Asssured return of Rs. 11072 from Aug'14 till possession, but he has not made any payment so far and total due fromAug'14 till Feb'14 is Rs. 77504. . They are starting new projects, and sponsoring events, but they have no money for the returns to costumers. Numerous requests are made at all levels of the co. by way of personal meetings, phone calls, Emails, SMS & site visit meetings since more than last nine months. I want to file criminal case against the owners - R C Soni, Ashish Gupta, Manthon- customer care executive, Sonia, Sales - Sandeep Dabral for all the frauds, false committment done as they have confirmed me for Car parking included in my purchase prices and now saying its its optional, so its all fraud and also not making my assured return payments. I want this builder to be injucted and not allowed to sale any more units till the time, my payment is made and compensation for mental harrassment and health issues i have suffered from last nine month. Hello We booked a flat at I homes around 5 years ago, with assured returns, they were initially paid by the company, but then they stopped. No reply to e mail or phones. They assured the possession in 3 years which obviously has not happened. They are starting new projects, and sponsoring events, but they have no money for the returns to costumers. I would be really careful in investing with them. I would really appreciate if there is some action on them. Thanks

A shop was booked in the year of 2008 in I Mall project in Gr. Noida, & an amount 80% i.e Rs. 19, 71, 740/- has been paid from January to April 2008 to the co. with the commitment to hand over possession of the shop by december.2009. Up till now the project is not completed in seven years time. We have invested our life long savings of P F & Gratuti etc. My age presently is 65years and my wife's is 63. Numerous requests are made at all levels of the co. by way of personal meetings, phone calls, Emails, SMS & site visit meetings since more than last one year. Now our patience is no more to sustain. Dear Sir, Subject: Stopped paying returns and threatening also. I, Ambarish Trivedi & Harish Chandra Ram had bought 300sq feet shop in AMR’s “Kessesl-i-Valley” Project under I-Mall in June’2012. At the time of agreement, it was agreed that builder will pay assured return of 12% on amount paid till possession and after possession they will leased out the shop for 9 years and provide 11% return. Based on this condition we made builder-buyer agreement. Now builder has stopped giving assured return from July-2014 onward even possession is not given. We had several time discussion with AMR but they are refusing to pay further, we also ask them to return our paid amount if agreement not followed further then builder treating us that they will not agree to listen our matter either way.
