I have purchased one office and one studio apartment in AMR infrastructure greater noida but now no one picks phone. How to get my money back pls update

I purchased a bond of 20k from alpic infrastructure. None any interest paid to me from alpic and their branch offices are closed, HO is not responding, still my money is stucked and no returns are paid as promised. Details of bond are following

We are passing from IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT LTD Navsari toll plaza at Mumbai - ahmedabad highway, toll amount deducted from my Fastag but toll operator said he not receive and his 5 employees come in front of my car, I show him my Fastag statement but he denied to see and yelling on me, I said I want to talk with manager but his manager also denied to see the statement and message and he also yelling and abusing misbehaving and said me to come to police, I said ok let's go, at that time he push me 7 times at my back and said "chal madarchod tuje dikha ta hu" and after his toll operator come and said we received money, after received money again he abusing me and said "tere jaise 500 ko thik kiya he".

Actually problem is with his machine but they are not accept.

Please take a strict action against this manager this type of behavior not acceptable.

Amr infrastructures — kessel i valley

I have bought commercial unit in amr kessel i valley in greater noida in 2006 and paid token of rupees 15 lakh it's been 14 years no follow up from their side since 2006. Fraud company, looted so many innocent customer and used our money in other projects. They have closed all their contact sources. Kindly take my complaint and do inform me in case of any further information. Please help me in getting my hard earned money back.

I had invested in a studio apartment in kessel i-valley. This was a mall cum residential project. The residence section was called kessel i-homes. This was in 2009. This was supposed to be a diamond unit - fully furnished!

The possession was to happen in 2010 but i got nothing.

Till date i have not received any response about the project completion. No information on construction progress, no contact point, no refund option given.

I am completely frustrated. Can someone help us with a resolution?

I too had purchased a residential unit by amr in april 2012. Unit completion & hand over was due in march 2015. However, till date i have not received the possession or any assured return as per the mou.

Request & appreciate any support to pursue this matter for appropriate action against the builder & recover my dues.

This is really frustrating that amr is not responding, their projects are not moving at all.

We have booked a shop in amr infrastructure the great adventure mall in 2011 from that date we does not get any return as they commit us and even did not get any further information and did not get any possession of shop. Please make some association so as we can take some legal action towards them.

We had purchased a 412 sqft area flat in tower a of kessel_i_valley (I-homes) of amr infrastructures, noida expressway under d. P. Payment plan registered under the name of rekha sharma pandey in 2009.

We were assured that the flat will be handed over to us after due completion in few years until then, we will receive a sum of around rupees 8900 every month.

We were receiving it till starting 2014 but then the company officials of amr infrastructure communicated to us that they will not be able to pay the monthly amount anymore, so in order to compensate that we won't be need to pay the residue amount of the cost of flat which we had to pay at the time of possession and thus, that amount shall be adjusted with the non payment of monthly money we were receiving every month from amr infrastructure.

Its' 2017 now, we have still not received any amount or been handed over the possession of our flat till now. There is no communication from amr infrastructure or there is no way to communicate to them. Their karol bagh office is closed most of the times, any staff member hardly comes there.

There is no phone number or email id to communicate to them either.

I booked a two bedroom flat in apartment 55 project launched by amr infrastructure in sec phi ii of greater noida in 2012 with promise of delivery in three years. I have paid 90 % of the price. The possession is no where in sight. Worst is that no body is avaiable for contact. One ankit gupta stated to be director's no. Is given for contact but he does not repond to calls. The amr office at gurudwara rd karolbagh says that he does not sit there! No body gives his office address. I am sure there will be others in same boat. Can some one advise further action to be taken. Can some one in same boat can come forward for joint action?

I am just sick of ramchandra who is the director and does not pick the call, all others are fired. I had a booking in adventure mall and no return and no one picks up the call.
I live in greater noida and had visited the mall many times.
I am not aware that how many of you know that the entire ground floor is demolished by them as they have leased out the entire ground floor to mobile company vivo,
And the entire gaming activities ropeway and all has been removed and is now an empty space to facilitate the entry of vivo containers.

Please file the complain and raise your voice and it will be heard and some appropriate action will be taken.

I invested hard earned money for booking of ih 937 in 2009 in their project kessel i valley situated at tech zone greater noida but passing a long time they neither giving possession nor return on investment as committed at the time of booking, it's a breach of agreement. The matter raised several times with the management but no response.

I am the investor of office space in amr infrastructures pvt. Ltd in their kessel i valley project [it park] greater noida [up] but i am sorry to say that in spite of several personal visits\reminders over phones & via e-mails they are totally failed to refund my invested money as they assured me many times. I come to know that they are cheated & fraud many investors reg. Possession and grab the money. Now i want to take legal action against them if any body already involve or proceed the legal case against them i am ready to support him\them along with my financial \manual\legal assistance. I booked a shop in AMR kessel-I-vally project and was promissed to give possession by December 2016, but no work is progress there since the date of booking and niether any communication received from builder.

They also removed there noida office and not responding on phone of there registerd office.[protected].

Please help to let us have the possession and assured rental as promissed.

Dear investors of amr,

1. Good news for all those who have invested in amr.

2. The company with immediate effect has started payments of assured returns not paid so far.

3.Incase you are interested in cancelling your bookings of i – homes / shops / office space they will buy back your property and pay your money back.

4. But all this is only possible if you go to court.

5. Don’t worry about any cheque bounces! The honorable judge has passed an order today in the delhi high court that the director mr deepak kumar of amr infrastructure will be arrested and sent to jail if any cheque bounce.

6. The 03 people who approached court got all their previous dues in terms of assured returns.In the next 04 days amr will give a time line and cheques to return the principal booking amount.

9. I will send all the scanned copies of cheques received today along with a copy of the judgment passed today by email / post day after to all investors of amr.

To whomever it may concern - Sh. B.G. Soni/ Sh.Ashish Soni/ Sh. Ashish Gupta AMR Infrastructure’s Limited and R.C Info Systems Limited 2425/11, Gurudwara Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 July, 5th – 2015 Dear Mr. B.G. Soni et al, I am writing to inform you of a breach of MoU contract dated 06.05.2014 between us and AMR Infrastructures (Mr. B.G. Soni) which has occurred on numerous occasions. This problem has exaggerated and is causing not only mental harassment, health issues but also causing financial loss. Let me put it this way; I owe a partial amount to bank as part of bank loan I took for this project. The issue started up starting 7th month of MoU. PD cheques were issued for 6 months, the copies I still possess. However, as per your staff, they used to perform RTGS and requested not to use the cheques. Anyway, then the story started for funds- 1. There was an IT raid I was told, hence the late remittance of RTGS 2. Later, the statements shared by your sale staff was – Shortage of funds 3. Then came the last thorn, will have you talk to one of our directors, it’s not only you but other investors too who are suffering. Later, I was put on a phone call with someone named Mr. Ajay Kapoor (Month of May). According to him, they are undergoing funds crunch and do not have the required funds, so bear the loss for a months. Starting next month June, we will make the RTGS for the assured returns and there after no such issues will reoccur. However, this was not done. We have called up numerous time, endless wait, endless list of phone calls to your staff, same excuse- rtgs is done please verify your account in the evening. So, now here I stand without the money being RTGS’ed to my account for month of June (which was due on 16th of June, 2015). It’s all FRAUD and fooling the investors. If as a allottee, I won’t pay for the services, you won’t leave me without having me paying 24% interest, how about you. I am making calls from Pune, my work is suffering, and my business is suffering because of your callous attitude. The contract has been breached not once but number of times. My health is suffering, if something happens to me, I would have you guys to blame for it fully. Amazingly, your staff of AMR Infrastructure starting month of April 2014 they too have gone in hiding, best part for any finance related (assured returns), they have stopped responding to calls and emails. If by any chance they pick up the call it ends up as “RTGS is done’ or a return message “I’m in a meeting”. No further call back no follow up. See my phone/messages bills; you’ll understand my agony, frustration. I would urge to refund my investment made in this project. I have no trust in your words and fully understand this is going nowhere. Kindly understand it’s not an investment which is made in black, it hard earned money. Moreover, I too have a liability to bank, from which partial amount of money has been borrowed. I would like to request a meeting with my representatives and me on conference phone call (else I can join on my own) in order to discuss this breach of contract. I purchased a flat in 2008 in ihomes with 12% monthly return. For few couple of years I have received the checks but after that the checks stop. Now they are not ready to pay even a single check nor refunding our money that we paid to buy the flat. Also the possession is not any time near since they have not even completed the structure. I request the concerned authorities to strictly look into this case because there are thousands of people who have purchased in this project and are now stuck with this builder.
