I have spoken to Amrapali people, they have assured all the flat owners to allot them flats in Amrapali Dream valley project.
The real issue remains the same--
1. Amrapalli dream valley project is still not bankable.
2. The plan has not still been approved by concerned authorities.
3. The location is not as attractive as it was earlier.( The new site is close to burnial Ground).
Lets pressurise the builder to allot us flat in GOLF HOMES, which is already bankable and better located.
Amrapalli has started Smart City claiming 100 acres of land for the project. However they have launched GOLF HOMES on the same land.
We should be alloted our flats in GOLF HOMES project, which is bankable.
