amrapali smart city — STATUS OF BUILDING NOT CLEAR

Dear Sir ,

I have booked a Flat in Amarplai Smart City in th month of April 10 . After a long follow up with then for an year i have got the aggreement .now i want to comfirm the status & will they be able to give the flat on time . As today when i am reading other investor complines a am a bit scared .

Kindly adive what to do .

I am also on the same stage.I have put a request to Amrapali for cancelation of booking, Still waiting for the cheque.Do have any info.Are u planning to wait more.What is the project status.

for more updates on Smart city. There is mass meeting on 22nd May in Amrapali Office sec 62. Please join this meeting with us and requested to you to intimate other people who are in your contact who booked the flat in Smart city.

I am shocked to the message from Amrapali that they are shifting the Smart city project to Dream Valley project.

Amrapali Builder is cheating with 5000 people. Initally they shown us the Land where Golf Home is building up for people...whom they sold at the higher rate at the later stage

They shifted the Smart city to back side of Golf Homes..
Now Just recieved the message that Smarty city project is being shifted to Dream Valley Project.

We should go and take action against this...This is not done.Instead of assuring the date of possesion these peole giving us SHOCKS and telling that project is being shifted.

Even today I got the same message ..can we all share our contact details and take joint action against builder. Please drop me email so that we can plan acordingly/

in my openion we go individually for resloving this issue if we make a huge group then we get something otherwise amprapali mis guide the customers as like "mango man "

What ever the result please post on this site, i am also a sufferer of amarpali smart city and not available in delhi right now.

But I have not received any satisfy word for Mr. Mohit Gupta.We all " Amrapali Smart CIty sufferers" So I am requesting you are assembling on 29th may 2011 at 11 A.M. at Amrapali Office to resolve the issues with Amrapali.
