I have spoken to Amrapali people, they have assured all the flat owners to allot them flats in Amrapali Dream valley project.
The real issue remains the same--
1. Amrapalli dream valley project is still not bankable.
2. The plan has not still been approved by concerned authorities.
3. The location is not as attractive as it was earlier.( The new site is close to burnial Ground).
Lets pressurise...

Amrapali Builder is fraud, is a CHEATER
At the time of booking,we were told that Amrapali smart city will be a 100 acres project but now they are saying that is just of 40 acres project,they have launched different project in the rest of the area & sold at the higher rate and shifted the Samrtcity at the back most.
Yesterday, I received a message that they are shifting the Smart City project to Dream Valley...

I had purchased 540 sft. flat in amrapali Smart City on downpayment now they are shifting it to a very bad location how do i claim my money back with interest.. i was one of the first to book this flat. but now i feel cheated plz guide me what steps to take as i dont want this flat now due to the false comittment of the company. I have booked a flat in Amrapali smart city in April2010 and after one year I dont have the agreement letter,neither that project approved by any bank.I just visited the site last week(1st week of april2011),no work started at the site,not only this they have not yet confined the area of smart city.I would like to share below infromation which I got from one of the manager of smart city.

I have booked a flat of 1630 sq. ft in amraplai smart city in april 2010. But till feb 2011 now , we have n't got any development from builders side. they always says to start work in next one month. what will happen to our hard earned money. will we get our dream home or lost our money.
