[Resolved] Amsri Builders — non completion of project/non refund of money | |||
Apartment booked in Amsri for white pearls project in Bangalore in 2007 with a promised delivery of 2010.This did not happen and the builder kept stalling the date on one pretext or other.Finally few months back he gave 2 high value cheques which would have covered 50% of the downpayment made and both teh cheques were dishonoured by citibank. We tried approaching them however they do not answer our calls.20 lakhs is the amount in question. Was this information helpful? | |||

These AMSRI builder are the biggest fraud i have ever dealt with. Even i have paid quite a significant amount to these builders and got back only 20% of the amount i have paid. So with in the period of this 4 years the money would have appriciated by 70%. All the promises they have made till now are all fake and the biggest frustration in this matter is they are always not reachable. Big ***. So i think you should file case against these people and screw them.
