Amsri is the top class fraud company. Their modus operandi is to buy lands/properties that are in litigation, bribe the revenue/municipal/local officials heavily and temporary orders in their favor, start marketing the product, sell, pretend they are building good product and vanish as soon as they see troubles. This company has no moral values. Their MD was put behind bar in a cheque dishonour case.
Upon enquiry, I found that they have not finished their commitments in their so called "prestigous" project (amsri central court in Secunderabad). It is more than 3 years that they have not provided car parking to their residents. They have constructed 155 flats where as they got approval to build ony 99 flats. The owners who bought flats in their secunderabad venture are crying and ready to chase them to hell. Amsri has not even cared to provide fire fighting equipment in this hirise building. The builders are afraid to even visit the complex.
I also learnt that they swindled their REIT fund they got from India REIT fund. Creditors are after their blood. They are in a deep financial .

They are the biggest fraud in the real estate market. Sincere suggestion is NOT to go with the builder. They are expert in making N .. number of stories. Dont believe these guys. They are big *** holes.

My personal experience with them is not at all bad, and I am really surprised to see vishalk comment . It's all false and trying to pull there legs since he failed in blackmailing them .in fact vishal k wife and children abandoned vishal.k and left to there mothers house due to his saddist attitude and v v bad habits

true cheaters on this earth. Be very very aware, I would love to see their business go down, the way they have treated their customers. Make evrybody aware of this fraud developers.
