I am a regular user of your cheese products. Your Cheese brand "Gauda Cheese" does not come in very consisty quality and flavour. Every time the Gauda Cheese is different in Flavour, hardness and taste. The one I baught yesterday has a very strong aroma filling the whole room and is sticky on the surface. I have preserved this in the fridge. Request please send some one to check whether it is fit for consumption.
Further, the Gauda Cheese has a thin fabric coat outside. Please tell me whether it is edible or to be removed. It is not easy to remove and by moistening, it can be slowly removed in small pieces. Please also let me know why this fabric coat is provided inspite of a thick Plythene coat pack.
