[Resolved]  Amul Butter — Full of fungus

I have sent two mails to [protected]@amul.com with all the details of product purchased from reliance fresh store at Dhanbad. The four images of product were also sent but, till date I have not received any reply as yet.

D/Sir,

I had purchased two packets of Amul Butter, one 500 gms and other 100 gms from Reliance Fresh Store on 2nd November’2010.Both the packets were kept in freezer door of double door freeze. After using 100 gms packet when I opened the 500 gms packet for use I found black spots on the block. I took out the block from pack and opened the wrapper to see if other part may be usable but astonishingly there were black spots on the entire block. I, immediately, repacked the block in the same wrapper and kept in the freezer. The material was of no use. My faith on Amul butter, which I have been using for years, has been shattered.

I am sending you the images of the block together with bar code.

I have already informed you through feedback option on your site.

Kindly suggest what should I do with it?
