[Resolved]  Amul Dairy — Amul milk is sold at higher rate than its MRP by its Distributors in Kandivali(E), Mumbai

Dear Sir,

Many distributors like Shivam Diary Farm, Akruli road, Kandivali(E) nearer to Kandivali (East) Station, Shri Rajalaxmi Milk Center, Near Chitra Beauty Center, Ashok Chakraborty Road, Ashok Nagar, Kandivali(East) are selling Amul Milk to customer at a higher rate of Rs 2 than its MRP which is illegal as per Sales of Product Act. So i cant Understand why the Marketing & distribution department of Amul Milk are not taking action for the same. MRP is the maximum Rate beyond which no company is bound to sale its product to its customer. Unnecessary all the consumers are suffering for the same.Amul is a brand company in our India and it is not able to take action to its distributors for selling its product higher than its MRP, Amul co is silent for it???? It is Illegal. If Amul Milk Comapny will not take any action to the said distributors in Kandivali(E). Then I will Go to Consumer Court And lodge a complaint against Amul Milk Company after that Amul Co will get the responsible for that.

So I request you to take a strong Action against the said distributors as i had bought the milk yesterday and the shopkeeper was argumenting with me for the same and told that Complain it to whom you can complain. It is very bad and unfair as they are doing illegal things and beyond that they are behaving rude to all customer???

Plz take strong action against the said distributors so as to avoid consumer court complain
