[Resolved] Amul Dairy — Amul Milk sold above MRP | |||
Dear Sir, All distributors in Samalkha are selling Amul Milk to customer at a higher rate of Rs 2 than its MRP which is illegal as per Sales of Product Act. So i cant Understand why the Marketing & distribution department of Amul Milk are not taking action for the same. MRP is the maximum Rate beyond which no company is bound to sale its product to its customer. Unnecessary all the consumers are suffering for the same.Amul is a brand company in our India and it is not able to take action to its distributors for selling its product higher than its MRP, Amul co is silent for it???? It is Illegal. So I request you to take a strong Action against the said distributors as i had bought the milk yesterday and the shopkeeper told that everyone is doing it. Amul — selling above MRP
Bought milk (Amul) from Maxmall super market at cine prime mall mira road. The MRP on the packed is marked Rs. 15 only and they are charging Rs 15.50 per 1/2 lilre packet. This very rampant in this area and most are saying this charge is cooling charge as they have to keep milk cooled all the time. Aavin Milk packet the MRP is 25.50 but the shop keppers get 27rupees in madipakkam area. Why they sell above MRP?

Amul / Amul Milk — Products being sold for a price above their MRP
Hi,Packaged milk (e.g. Amul) whose MRP is Rs13 for half litre is sold at Rs14 (half Litre) in all the shops (e.g Deepali Store) located in Kanjur Marg (East) area.
When we ask the shop keeper about this he says 'If you want milk then take this at this price else leave'
Whom should i approch to log a complaint.
