[Resolved] Amul Dairy — Rates applied more than the mrp | |||
My name is Geeta Agarwal and i reside in Vasai.Few days back , i went to one of the shops in our complex to buy packet milk. when i asked for the price of amul milk, the shopkeeper told me that it costs 36rs per litre, whereas on the half litre pack the price was written as 17rs, which makes 34rs per litre.i was shocked to know that he was charging rs 2 extra and on being asked the reason for the extra charge, the answer i got was ' this milk is expensive'. but when i argued with the guy that he cannot charge anything more than the actual mrp, he still stuck to the same reply. i request to the consumer forum to please look into this matter. as it is all things have already become so expensive, but since people have to survive, we are still living an expensive life with no proper income. Amul — rate
respected sir,i have a complain about amul products which are selling in our area all retailer seller take 0.50 paisa rather than product price.and they said its company price.n government tax.so we have to pay rather than price.please take any action..
AMUL MILK — More Charge than written MRP
I have observed mostly all over india that shop keeper are charging more then MRP (Max. Retail Price) , say atleast 2 to 3 Rs more,e.g. Amul packet, 500ml, written price is 12.50 Rs, but they are not less than charging less then 13 Rs.
same way many more things all types of cold drinks etc ...
if we are asking them they are replying that its cold storage charges and all.....
now how one can charge more than MRP???
why people is not speaking about these issue publically? so that in this much "Menghai" one can survive better way
I am fully agree with your complaint. Its true that shopkeepers are charging above the MRP on coldrinks, ICe cream, Milk especially AMUL TAZA, But problem is that People in India are not so RESPONSIBLE. Its a shame for INDIA that our country got such worst citizen

amul milk & cold drink — more than mrp
when i brought any cold drink botle cocoka cola, thumsup the shop keepar charg me more RS 2, more than mrpwhen i parchase amul milk MRP RS 11=00 but the shop keepar charg me RS 11=50
they give us resone they serve cold, it is wright they charg more than mrp
