[Resolved] Amul Icecream — Defective icecream purchased from Shopping mall "Magnet" in Akudi pune.

Dear All, Pl. note that I have purchased one Amul icecream Box (750ml) From Magnet Store, Akurdi on 24.08.08. After opening the box, I have found Icecream was having Fungus and was having scoop out in the box. This was shown to Mr. Dhananjay D Redkar (Customer Service Executive) on 25.08.08. I have also shown him similar kind of Amul Icecream boxes lying inside the freezer. He was unable to answer; he was trying to talk to Mr. Bhushan Salunkhe; but he was not approachable. This is very serious issue related to food poising. Pl. look this matter very seriously. Photos attched to this mail is for your reference. Look forward to early response. Myself Nikhil Upadhyay one of your regular consumer who is enjoying AMUL flavour regularly in every occasion and weekend.
As i had Visited a Ambiji shrine on 25th January. Your prestigious AMUL Parlor also located there. I have complaint against your AMUL Parlour that they were taking higher price as they want inspite of M.P. described in product in your flavour AMUL ICE CREAM and found expire date Milk Bottle.

Take this matter seriously.

Please take certain action against him.

Bad Quality of Amul Products

The quality of Amul Buttermilk supplied on 06/07/2014 in Mukharjee Nagar, Delhi area was very poor. Some people had to rush towards hospital after drinking that Butter milk.
