Sir, I am JAYANTA BABANRAO MOHITE physically handicapp by birth cheated by staffs of angel broking in predetermined plan. My shares of 13 companies had been transferred to 5 unknown persons and the employee of ANGEL BROKING PROWAI is not tracable to wagale estate police since last 13 months. As per my knowledge transfer of shares is not possible with sign of one person. There is so many staffs of angel broking is engaged and taken the undue advantage of my disability.
The employee of angel broking had visited my office at thane p f office and taken the sign on blank delivery instruction slips and given me the assurance to get Rs.2000- per day with the help of my portfolio and transferred my shares to five unknown persons to whome I never seen or met. Now the ANGEL BROKING IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBLITY of this well planed fraud. I had already file FIR to wagale estate vide complaint no I -32 dated[protected]. Now police is stating that mr RUPESH KALE the employee is not tracable.
