[Resolved] Angel Broking Ltd — Fraud | |||
Hello, I opened an account in Angel Broking with the purpose of investment But people from angle broking have accessed my account without my consent to do trading .Initially I had 25000 in my account but the relation manager has accessed my account and done trading in lakhs. The amount of brokerage itself has crossed 20000. They have illegally misused my account for their personal trading with profit of brokerage in their mind.. Relation officer Jimple pujari traded through my account without my permission. According to their company policy they should take prior client confirmation before they trade and that call has to be recorded. She has not taken any confirmation. She misused my account for her own and company's profit and now they have deducted 12000 as brokerage and 8000 as loss from account for the trade which has been done without my permission nor even conveying any information regarding the same. When I lodged complain against this issue with the feedback team at Angel broking I received a mail stating that angel broking is not responsible for any loss. They are saying that they have sent contract notes on my mail but no one has time to check his mailbox 100 times daily. It’s not just me who is suffering this, when I went to Angel broking's office last Saturday there were 5 more people present complaining the same fraud. Angel Broking Fort office branch head Shweta Popat is totally reluctant to take any call and making 1000 excuses even for talking on phone. i have my demat accounts in ANGEL BROKING..and i totally Unsatisfied only they doing unauthorized trading in customer demat account…their ledger is not neatand clean ..ANGEL BROKING have a lot of hidden charges and their trading terminal is the worst among all…so i request all not to open their account in ANGEL BROKING …they will not provide you better trading experience i request to all not to open their account in ANGEL BROKING.
there branch manager and team leader have no manner and use abuse word in a customer as well as lower level employees. nobody join angel broking for a career and make Money.there are no future in life.

I had the same experience on the 3rd day of trading with angel. I told the relationship manager to sell the stock and gave the price quote but he didn't do that and I incur a loss of 2400 (INR) in single day. They don't even call angel. Extremely bad customer support. No liability takers are there. Kindly those who are interested find something better.
