I AM A CONSUMER NO. 620830 OF HP GAS, I HAVE BOOKED BY REFILLING GAS ON 23 rd DEC-2011 AT THEIR BRANCH (MANIKPUR) 13.20 PM. THE PERSON HAS TAKEN OUR CONSUMER CARD AND TOLD ME YOU WILL GET A DELIVERY AFTER 2-3 DAY. THEN I WAS GOING ON 7TH JAN-11 THEIR OFFICE, THE AGENCY REPRESENTATIVE ( LADIES) TOLD ME, YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED THE GAS, AND TOLD ME WE WILL GIVE YOU WITHIN A WEEK. THEN I WAS GOING ON 14 TH JAN-12, THAT TIME SHE TOLD ME A DELIVERY VEHICEL ( TRUCK ) IS AT DIWANMAN AREA PL GO AND COLLECT. I AM WAITING NEAR THE VEHICLE FROM 6.30 PM TO 8.30 BUT THEY DONT GIVE ME A GAS. AGAIN I AM GOING ON 21 ST JAN-12 AT MANIKPUR OFFICE - SHE TOLD ON PHONE TO THEIR PERSON TO DELIVER THE GAS FOR MY CONSUMER NUMBER 620830 BUT THEY DONT GIVE. AGAIN MY WIFE IS GOING TO MANIKPUR OFFICE - THAT TIME ASSURE FOR TODAYS 24 TH JAN-11, BUT TILL NOW THEY DONT DELIVER THE GAS. My Gas No. 622471. Booking done on 14th July 2012 by phone call for requirement of gas cylinder. No booking number received from your side. Please revert it back as soon as possible as there is urgency of gas cylinder. My Contact Number - [protected]
