[Resolved]  Antony Builders — Bad Performance

before buying a project with antony, pls check with existing completed projects and you will know the real status of them.

Very bad attitude towards the customers. Once they take 90% of the money, the persons who booked their flats had to wait for their mercy. No meaningful communication and no response. Their phones are not properly attended.

Is anybody of Guduvanchery Tremain project in this loop, please contact me, I need to discuss, since the handing over is delayed without notice

Like Venkat and me (Ravi), if there are people who booked in Tremain and suffer due to delay may contact me on [protected] or send their emails to my email address: [protected]@gmail.com. Will form an association and after our initial and subsequent discussion, find out the ways to take the Builder to either moral pressure or legal course of action.

i have book in rejoice-Urapakkam they have collected full money before housing loan approval after that they are collected money from housing loan also(LIC representative and builder join to together making us fool) i suffered a lot to collected the back still not collected full money back still more than 4months visiting there office daily every day they will tell new story. Please please please don't go with this builder still they have not started to building before that i am feeling more choosed wrong builder. Go for some standard builder who will charge 5-10Lak more but u will happy buying a flat.

i have booked in rejoice before my housing loan approved they collected full money. Then my loan amount going directly to builder(LIC representative and builder both together fooling me) to recollect money back i am following up like dog even after 4month they have not repaid evertime different story they will tell. Before starting the project i feed-up with this builder i am sure the quality will building will worst i am searching for some party to sell my plot please dont go with fraud builder. Please don't go with this fraud builder.

I BOOKED LE NID in ANTONY PROJECT...PAID 80% money.. From deepavali 2013 they built roof.. thats all... afterwards no work comipleted.. I am suffering as my LIC deductions already started...when they are going to hand over.. i dont know.. their website says out of 185 apts 150 booked...agreement favours them only...will anybody help...?

they are doing there level best.pls don't blame with others.we booked and now we r settled in our house but full work was not finished.now we r watching ' here daily costumers r coming and they worstly talking with site enginers we r also done that thing but real thing is they r very poor guys while we r talking they put kozukatai in their mouths becoz they can't able to say anything they all locked with this builder. pls if any one suffered from this builder pls go to the office beat that antony and ask them, really we can't able to see him but u fight there. becoz if we r saying any thing to the site engniers they taking that words to the higher officials they will just saying ok i will take care .that take care was dumbbed there its self.just get ur some family members or friends go to the office and say we vacated our home we does't have any place to go.so we will stay here it self or do some arrangemaent to us we r really sorry for site engniers

This Group of Companies do not deserve to be engaged in any business. Their MD Mr Antony is a highly efficient person in mobilising others money for his ventures and give irresponsible replies when approached. I wonder how this person could manage to build this business group within a short span of time. Very unethical, non caring attitude towards customers and talk always his problems when customers approach to get solution for their problems.

He is surrounded by arrogant employees who change their colours at the drop of the hat!

Please dont do business with Antony and his team. If you do, you will suffer later like me and others.

Tremain project is very much delayed. I don't now when they will hand over. Whenever I contact the employees they say work is going on in slow manner and will hand over shortly but when is the question mark.

I am also one of the victim of antony builders, I completely agree on the above points...

I was booked a flat in 2013 in ground floor then I applied home loan to the banker, but the banker is rejected my home loan because it 65 % of my flat only in approved area, I was surprise and approach the builder they said that pay that unapproved area and all no issue remaining amount u pay from ur pocket and owen the flat...But I came to know that from legal consultation that which is not recommendable. so asked the builder that change the flat but they show hell for me...I am living in out station so I made more than 1000 calls continuously (frm 2 to 8.45 pm) but the marketing mangr is not
ready to attend my call, strong fight to builder several times also they not agree, they agreed to change the flat after 2 months with e
xtra amount for the new flat, , they made me fell down... there was no way for me ... they suppose to handover the flat on 2014 but
whenever I contact the builder they saying in another two months it will complete, already 1 year over but there is no progress in my flat work, I am totally unhappy that material which they are using for construction... I am totally

I booked an apartment with anotny LE-NID since they promised the posession time is march-2015 till nothing happen even for my block they haven't started the basement work also if we ask they say go a head & complaint any were also they said we cant able to provide the money back do whatever you want hence no body can do anything .i am so worried & don't know what to do know . Can anyone suggest me what to do now .

DO NOT BUY FROM ANTONY. The Most worst builder in Chennai hands down. Its been 3 years since i have booked a flat and still construction work is going on. The people have no respect for customer, or customers issue. People are suffering ..just paying EMI. I cannot give even rating one so much worst they are.
