[Resolved]  Antony Builders — Bad Performance

Hi, Everyone who has brought an apartment in Lenid, Urapakkam. It's time we form an association.

Dear Leniders,
There is no point in writing negative feedbacks about the company now. While the pain that everyone is going through is understandable (I am going through the same, as I am paying PEMI to India Bulls & also paying rent for the current home) We have all bought apartments in Lenid & have doled out 90% of the total cost of the apartment. There is no way for us to go back, rather we can start to look forward. As a first step let us form an association. Any comments, feedbacks & suggestions are welcome.

Antony Builders MD Mr Antony is systemically cheating the customers. He is not finishing any of the projects for the past 2 years. Antony's Mon Rev project was a total failure. One should visit the site to see the sufferings of the people who forcibly entered to occupy their flats without basic amenities. Project Tremain with 155 flats hanging on for more than 2 years (it was launched in February 2012). I am one of the victims in their Tremain project, paying EMI for more than 3 years without seeing the light of the day. Le Nid is another project which had not yet taken off.

I filed a case against Antony and won in the consumer court, But he is not honouring the court judgement. But law will prevail upon him at the end certainly but will take some more period. Today I saw a news item covering AJS Builders of Delhi and like Antony that Builder was also not honouring the court decisions and finally ordered to be imprisoned and they now started repaying the 100's of customers their money to evade the arrest. It is high time, either the individuals go ahead to file the case against Antony or convince their respective buyers' associations to do the same.

One interesting development with regard to AJS Builders, Delhi was that the buyers also joined together to file complaint against the builder in the Economic Offences Wing apart from pursuing their legal cases. The cheating builders should now draw the lessons from AJS Builders episode.

Unfortunately the buyers who are in reality consumers, after paying so much money to a cheat builder who does not value the pains of the customers who pay their hard earned money (some paying huge EMIs) do not realize the need to be united in their fight against the builder. Also they do not approach the consumer court fearing that the builder will discriminate them. It is all advantage to builders - particularly people like Antony who divert the public money. It is going to be nearly 4 years after the launch of the "Tremain" Project and the work is in slow progress that too only in one block consisting of 61 flats. There is absolutely no work going on in the other block (consisting more than 90 flats) even now.

I do not know when our fellow buyers will realize their rights?

Fallsin Construction started a construction in MAV Mumurthy Avenue at Kaspapuram village, Tambaram Taluk at April 2014. Still they did not handover the building to the customers completely but builder get the full amount to the customers. So do not advise anybody to Fallsin Construction as they have another construction namely Arunachalam Associates. Customer had also lodged a complaint against them in Selaiyur Police Station.without panchyat apporval they construct buildings.so be careful.

Mr.Shanmugam what the hell you know about our company do you think we dint get the building approval please go and check with your area panchayat board and CMDA. your telling we are cheating you first tell your mother in law (MUTHUPAPA Goverment employee indian postel dept) AND(CAPTAIN KAVITHAI CENDURI INDIAN ARMY )to settle the amount for service tax and construction agreement and registration balance amount.your only cheating as give this amount come and command here.your telling we are cheating know go and complaint in the police station if your loyal.
NOTE -Both off them are government employee they are itself not paying the service tax and how the normal people will pay

Yes falls in construction cheating and fraud company. No doubt. First u give proper receipts to the customers.u prepared agreement in the name of arunachalam associates.but u given receipts in the name of falls in construction. So u r a fraud company. Then i[censored] didn't get full payment why u hand over the house to the customer incomplete and given completion certificate. Joint venture between u and Alagasan. U also cheated Alagasan. U didn't complete his building.R u a builder? For individual didn't pay service tax.this basic thing also u didn't know. I also have a compliment receipt given by seliyur police station. Don't try to act smart.

Antony projects Lenid 36B என்கிற அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்பு முன் பதிவு
ரூபாய் 267656/- செய்துருந்தேன். கட்டுமான பணி தொடராததால் 17/10/2014 அன்று முன்பதிவை ரத்து செய்துவிட்டேன். பின்பு தொடர்ந்து அணுகியதால் 30/04/2016 ல் இருந்து 30/01/17 வரை தேதிகளில் 10 காசோலை வயங்கினார்கள், அதில் 30/04/16 காசோலையில் மட்டுமே பணம் வந்தத்து. 30/05/2016 காசோலை திரும்பிவந்தது,
இதை அவர்களிடம் அணுகியபோது திரு. சார்லஸ் (தலைமை அதிகாரி) இந்த மாதம் அடுத்த மாதம் என்று 30/01/2017 வரையிலும் காசோலைக்கு பணம் தரவில்லை, மற்றும் 30/05/16 காசோலை அனுப்பினால் அதற்கான பணம் வங்கியில் செலுத்துகிறேன் என்று சொன்னார்கள் ஆனால் பணமும் போடவில்லை அந்த காசோலையும் எனக்கு அனுப்பவில்லை, காவல் துறையிடம் புகார் வேண்டுமானால் கொடுத்துகொள்ளுங்கள் என்று கூறினார். ஆனால் நான் இப்போது ஓமனில்(Oman ) பணி புரிவதால் வலைத்தளத்தில் புகார் அளித்துள்ளேன் என்னைப்போன்று பலபேர் ஏமாற்ந்து உள்ளனர், அவர்களிடம் உரையாடிய பதிவுகளை மேலும் விவரங்களையும் இதில் இணைத்துள்ளேன் தயவுசெய்து இதற்கான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு மிக தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

Arrest warrant against antonty sahayraj MD of Antony projects has been ordered by district court.order is conveyed to inspector of police.Any time antony can be arrested and lodged in puzhal jail for not obeying court orders to hand over flats to several clients.please contact vikas [protected] if anyone requires legal support.
