[Resolved] Anu Solar — REFUSAL FOR REFUND | |||
Dear sirs i had booked a solar water heater 200 LPD with M/s. Anu solar in bangalore by paying advance amount of Rs.1000.00, but the product requires additional features and the cost towards a syntex tank, MS stand and grill, plumbing items and labour charges etc, is to be borne by me in addition to the equipment cost which works out to be around Rs.40000-00, these things i came to know only after booking. as i was unable to incur such high expenditure, i told the supplier (anu solar) that i do not require the geyser and i am going to cancel the order and asked them to refund the advance amount. Now they are saying that they do not return the amount as per their terms of company. it has caused me agony as this is going to be a illegal accusasion. therefore i am complaining this matter to you. contact person in anu solar is jagdish ph.no.[protected] please help me in getting back my money as said above. Never book anu solar, They are cheaters, Please do not entertain anu solar fellows. I booked 200LPD ANU ETC water heating system. By paying Rs. 12000 advance. Even after 4 months no system, no response. The person who booked including team manger no response. I called even director too, he sponges wrong number.
I am fed up with this cheating company. Be a aware!!!

hi all anu solar is a good company .. only the problem with the sales executives., they only giving wrong commitments to the customer. see every company having the service issue... not only the anu solar. anu solar is a really very good company. many employees cheated the company. so only now its struggle. it will be clear in few months...

Pl do not by Anu solar its waste product, no proper service its only they mention that 5years warranty, but they do not turn up after 1year. i had got this repair from local vendor.

More Over Team Leader (Sales) Mr. Shyam Prasad is rude while speaking to customers. This needs to be brought into notice of the stake holders of the Company. I am sure that the Founder / MD of the company is not aware on whats happening on his back.
