I had purchased Anu solar water heater 200 LPD FPC. The tank is leaking and after lot of research gmcalled the service, instead sales person came and complained that the dealer is closed. The sales pe son also took 400 rupees without bill for visiting. Hence need to pay 3500. The product is still under warranty but still charging me money. This is absolute fraud, cheaters. Pls assist...

I purchased ANU SOLAR WATER HEATER in April 2016. Now there is a leakage problem, sales representative is telling to change the tank. not even completed four years there is a problem in product what kind of a Quality that ANU is maintaining. These are the one time investment product for long time (at least 15years) benefit but as a customer we are not happy with ANU SOLAR....

I am a fool to go for anu solar service for a second time as already i had a worst experience with these unprofessional solar equipment manufacturer in Bangalore. 12 V smart solar converter with solar panel was installed for my house on 12.03.2018 (Ref: Invoice no.[protected]. The ups is not switching to main supply whenver there is no charge in the battery. It is only connecting to solar and getting charged and once solar charge is over it is getting switched off, instead of switching to main supply. I had been trying to complain about this since 01.09.2018, but nobody is attending. I called on mobile nos. [protected], [protected], [protected] and[protected]. Finally i sent a mail to at [protected]@anusolar.com on 06.09. 2018 to register a complaint for the service. But so far they have been telling stories only and complaint is not attended so far. Can anybody suggest a good solar equipment manufacturer who can give best service so that i can scrap anu solar?

I had bought anu solar water heater on 2014. Now the tank was leaking. This product was 5 year garantee. Company ask me to pay rs 4500/- for labour charge for replacing tank. I have paid rs 4500/- but the company had not replace tank on till date. I think anu solar company is a fake. Quality of solar product was very bad. Steel coated ms tank was provided inside of the water heater

My pressurized solar water tank is leaking from past 2 weeks. I have tried to contact your service numbers[protected] and[protected] and unable to reach your technician. A nearby technician has attended the problem and told for tank replacement. The product is under guarantee and hence, I request Anu Solar team to replace the tank as early as possible.

Mr. Suresh babu came to our house representing anu solar.

We gave him an advance cheque for rs 30, 000 for installation of a 600kva solar generator. He promised delivery in 2-3 days. It's been over 2 weeks and every day he says they will install it today, but no one has come even to check specs.

We have subsequently learnt that the solar panels need to be installed in the direction pointing south - this is not possible at our house. We have also been informed that 600va is likely to be insufficient for our requirements.

And yet despite making calls every day, anu solar is silent! They have neither contacted us, got back to clear doubts, or sent an engineer, nothing! I have requested for a refund and i am still waiting!

Please help!

My pressurized solar water tank is leaking from past 2 weak your technician has attended the problem and told for replacement so please replace the same as early as possible

Respected Sir, I purchased 200 ETC ANU SOLAR Water heater 2 years back and they have given 5 years Warranty, as of now they supplied 2 damaged tanks and every time when they replace the tank and will charge for me and troubling me every time. But last 1year tank was leaked and non performance of solar system we provide complent to company before 6 month back
But there is no responce from company

hello friends i have taken one 150 and 200 lpd systems of anu solar for our two homes and it was good relation with the compny till there were no service issue but ones i regeistered a compliant in there office about water not getting heat then my worst exeprience get started with anu solar i use to call them at their bangalore office againg and again about my complaint but the ans was he soon come but now no one has visited to my complaint so frinds please please dont buy anu solar and tell all u r friends alsoide as much information as possible...

I have got installed ANU solar water heater and from the day one it is not retaining the heat, in-spite of repeated complaints, the company is not attending and very poor response in after sale services as such i recomend to all the ANU Solar company is useless and don't plan to buy Anu solar products they will definitely cheat u...
