[Resolved]  AOC Monitor — AOC is not resolving monitors black spot problem

I purchased AOC Monitor on 30/06/2011. Serial No. AOCWCM5NB1501527 Product Name : 931Sn. Dealer Name : SAG systems. Now I am getting black spot on my bottom of screen as shown in attachment. I called to customer care and they raise a complaint No. i.e.[protected]. So, next day I got call from Mr. Siraj and he asked me to send picture of my monitor with that black spot. Then he replied me as this is the issue something called MURA and it will not cover under the warranty. I informed him that my monitor is not physically damaged, I suddenly got this spot but that person didn't even come to check personally. Then I sent a mail to "[protected]@aoc.com" and mentioned same thing and they replied same which Siraj has replied. I replied them again saying that, "its happen automatically this issue is not created by me. Its LCD's inside problem. So, you people have to check. As I said in mail previously, that monitor is not physically damaged." But they again replied same . So I want your intervention in this issue to fix. I have attached picture of that black spot as well.
