AOC is not resolving monitors black spot problem

I purchased AOC Monitor on 30/06/2011.
Serial No. AOCWCM5NB1501527
Product Name : 931Sn.
Dealer Name : SAG systems.
Now I am getting black spot on my bottom of screen as shown in attachment. I called to customer care and they raise a complaint No. i.e.[protected].
So, next day I got call from Mr. Siraj and he asked me to send picture of my monitor with that black spot. Then he replied me as this is the issue something called...

Monitor not working

We had purchased a AOC 19 inch monitor from a retail shop in belgaum, in just two months duration the AOC monitor stopped working, so we called up the AOC toll free number and launched the ticket.
We did wait for 5 days for the engineer to come , but no one attended the call , so we called up customer care center and asked the status , they said to me its resolved and ticket is closed , Freak!!!!!!

Problem in Display and Starting
Dear sir,
With respect to the above subject, I would like to draw your attention that we are facing an intolerable issue and problem in a Monitor that we bought from AOC company.
This is not the first time we are facing such a problem regarding the same.
1. Before 2-3 months we first faced the problem of display in the monitor. We asked them to solve it. But they sent their man after 3 weeks...
