Apartment — High-handedness by co owner | |||
SIR Co-owner and my neighbour in our apartment has thrown out our wooden packing cases kept under the water tank on the terrace in our absence from the flat . I have filed a complaint with the police station .But no action as yet. He has enclosed the common area in front of his main door with iron grill.
