[Resolved] APDCL — Negligence towards customer rights and delivery of low quality of voltage | |||
Respected sir, with due respect i want to state that the area where i am residing is known as Satgaon Suryanagar which comes under Narangi sub division.Narangi sub division is responsible for providing electricity and maintenence in my locality.Sir i want draw your attention towards their lack of recognition to the needs of the consumers ,In summer season when there is total hot all round our fans moves very slow and light also emits very low luminosity i already walked and tried to submit my complaint to the SDO singly but he told me to write an application countersigned by all the residents in my locality and after that he will prepare an estimate which the public is liable to pay.Sir ,i am not a political person to gather people and ask for their signature (APDCL)they are the service providers and it is their duty to fulfill the satisfaction of their consumers.If they are not doing this then they are worth for punishment .Therefore,i humbly request you to take the needful action in this regard.
