Tubeless Tyre of Spark LT — Deflated tyre

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE ALREADY GAVE A COMPLAINT OF THE TUBELESS TYRES OF APOLLO WHICH WAS DEFLATED SUPPLIED WITH.MY SPARK,LT MODEL CAR, PURCHASED SIX MONTHS BACK . AFTER THE COMPLAINT ONE MR.PRAVEEN CONTACTED ME AND SAID THEY WILL CHECK THE TYRE FOR MANFACTURING DEFFECTS AND INFORM ME WHAT TO DO.
THEN MR.VINEET RANG ME AND SAID THAT THERE IS NO DEFFECT IN MANFACTURING SO IT CANNOT BE REPLACED.BUT STRONGLY FEEL THAT IT WAS A DFFECTIVE TYRE WHICH EVEN COULD NOT LASTED FOR 1300 KM.I WANT A REPLACEMENT OR I WILL APPROCH CONSUMER FORUM.

I brought 4 Set of New Appolo Accelere 185/65 R-14 from M/s Arihant Tyres, Toranagallu, Bellary Dist, Karnataka on . The Tyre fitted at Hyundai Service Center & alignment and balancing was done. Within 200 Kms after fitment in the Front Right wheel a bump of approx. 8" appeared on the rim. I approached the dealer, who in-turn sent the Tyre to M/s Appolo Tyre - Go-down in Hospet after a weeks follow up.
After further delay of a week the Service Engineer says the Tyre cannot be replaced as its an Impact Break.

Please note the Bump is on its rim & this was surely due to week Rubber quality.

After one month now, one more Tyre is getting a similar kind of a bump on the left rear wheel.
