[Resolved] APOnline — extra Charging for bill payments | |||
Sir, I V.Srinivas R/o. Ramachandrareddy Nagar Colony, Ramachandapuram, Hyderabad (Cell No.[protected]). Since 3 months I am paying my telephone bills (Vodafone) through aponline at Beeramguda Kaman (Shop named Heritage Parlour). He is charge extra payment of Rs. 5/- for above 500 Bill and Rs.4/- for below 500/- etc., I have been questioned him twice also. He is demanding to pay extra charge of Rs. 5/- or he is not going to take the bills. I have seen him collecting extra payment for electricity bills from every body. So, I request you to look into the matter and check personally and see that further bills paid by the public free of cost. Was this information helpful? | |||

my name is shaik.baba salam .i am reading inter second year m.p.c, govrnement junior college in narpala{v&m} anantapur{dist}.i am going to ap- online office for income certificate for scholorship.and i ask to ap-online officer how much money pay
did he say 30rs amount' and he was takeings to the students rs30-150rupees amount. and i tell to the m.r.o p. gopal reddy and sir is not taking to the action.
