I have booked a nano homes apartment (E107) with Apple A Day
Properties Ltd. at New Cochin and paid a total of Rs. 3 lakhs as
initial down payment (as per three bills nos: (1) Adhoc Receipt No.
651 dt. 7.1.2009 for Rs. 17540/- (2) Receipt No. 005 dt. 13/3/2009 for
Rs. 185400/- and (3) Receipt No. 3344 dt. 25/3/2009 for Rs. 97060/-
