my order no.[protected]booked the product on 29th january, 2009.
not received uptill 4th april, 2009
please cancel my order as im not interested in this company as well as the phone and other products.cancel my order.i wil not accept it.

Aqua Dual Sim mobile — Order not received
Had ordered the mobile thru SBI card offer on Feb 7, but till date has not received the product. After making numerous calls and sending mails, on Friday, April 3, an executive named Ms Shalaka finally agreed to cancel my order and credit my account in few days time.But, today on 5th April, I've received a SMS and a mail informing that the product has been despatched through Blue Dart.
I have clearly mentioned to them, that I will not be receiving the product, now.
Aqua Dual sim — goods not received
Booked Aqua double sim mobile in the first week of Feb-09 through SBI credit card offer, But till date mobile not received.Amount Rs. 3150 crediited from my account.
Many times called on[protected] but no one lifting the phone.
How to resolve this issue.
