[Resolved]  Aqua Sure — Filter problem

I am cleaning my aqua sure every 15 days, but water is not being filtered. I have lodged my complain at Sambalpur office. But received no response at all from your Sambalpur office. Prior to this, your field visiting our colony have themselves told me that they will send the aqua sure staff for remedial measures, but no body turned up for necessary rectification of my aqua sure.

I request you to please look into the matter and advise concerned for immediate recitification.
