[Resolved]  Aqua Sure — BAD SERVICE

I have purchased Aqua sure from my nearest dealer J N ENTERPRISE, Telengasahi, Back of Axis Bank, 756001(Ph no: [protected],[protected] on13/07/10. After lapse of 6 months or so I started facing problem. The problem was that water was not being filtered.I took utmost care to clean my product twice weekly. Called the technician, explained my problem, but all in vain. Later I thought that may be that the cartridge is chocked. So I purchased another cartridge from the same supplier. Again after 4 to 5 days the same problem occurred. When I opened the cartridge I found the replaced cartridge had no logo of Aqua sure on it. Where as my previous original cartridge had the company logo on it. The new cartridge was of very inferior quality which I could easily make out by mere visual inspection. The technician even realised this and said he will change the cartridge. In this summer season we were already facing water problem, now the technician who said he will replace it with in a day or two has not turned up even after 8 days. My filter is lying idle, I am facing water problem with no solution. I might have called them 'n' number of times, visited their office many times, but either they don't have the cartridge, or they say it will arrive tomorrow or that he has received one but he is not finding time to visit us.
Sir this is quite embarrassing that dealers like this will hamper the reputation of the company. I have purchased the product 10 months ago and today I am fed up with the service and functioning of the product and I have left no other option left except to dispose it. If the authorities can come in and look into the matter then I am providing the details:
