Aramex Courier Company — NO COORDINATION AND LOST THE PARCEL AND WAS TOLD A LIE

THE COURIER WAS SEND TO THE CUSTOMER THROUGH ARAMEX TO KARNATAKA, BANGLORE. THERE WAS NO TRACKING DETAILS FED IN THEIR SITE FOR THE PARCEL. IT JUST SAID THAT IT HAD REACHED BANGLORE OFFICE. THE RECEIVER ON THE OTHER HAND CAME ANGRY SAYING SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL. AFTER CONTACTING THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS IN THE BANGLORE OFFICE,AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE 14TH OF APRIL(THE PARCEL WAS SEND ON THE 5TH FROM MUMBAI) THEY TOOK THE NUMBER OF THE RECEIVER AND ADDRESS AGAIN. THEY DID NOT DO THAT NOR INFORMED ME. THE RECEIVER CAME ON 16TH AGAIN SAYING SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THREE TO FOUR TIMES EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK NOW, AND THEY TOOK ME FOR A RIDE, TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME IN AN HOUR. NO ONE CALLS WITH THE FEEDBACK OR ATLEAST CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT THEY ARE STILL LOOKING. ULTIMATELY ON THE 20TH OF APRIL THEY COME AND TELL THEY HAVE LOST THE PARCEL. SUCH A BAD CORDINATION. I TALKED TO MR. DOMNIC, MR. GOPINATH, MISS SYNA, MISS GEETA ALL OF THEM IN THEIR ANDHERI OFFICE. IT IS SO DISGUSTING THAT SUCH A COURIER COMPANY LIKE ARAMEX DOES NOT HAVE ANY CORDINATION, NOR NONE OF THEIR SUPERVISOR OR HEAD HAVE ANY CORDINATION SENSE. ALSO, CUSTOMER PPL DO NOT NOT LET US TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR OR THE HEAD SO WE CANNOT EVEN COMPLAIN. VERY BAD CORDINATION AND SERVICE.

The shipment had lost its track and all efforts to trace it met with negative results as a result we had to declare the same as misplaced in transit.

I agree with FALGUNIZAVERI.

Indeed it is one of the worst courier companies in India.

Even my courier, they took more than 4 working days to deliver and still I am waiting.
Daily they r lying that person will come today.

I was there at the address for last 2 days. Person did not even come and just lied to his office that he came.

They do not even call when the person comes. They cannot even afford a phone call.

They do not give contact no. of any other person to complaint to.
Also their courier person's contacts are also not available and not displayed anywhere. They do not give that also upon request.

I am sure if they continue like this, then this company will shut down soon.
