[Resolved]  Arasu Hyundai — Poor Coordination of salesperson

I hv purchased i10 from Arasu Hyundai and took delivery on 6th April 2011. Mr.Sivakumar in the sales team was co-ordinating for the sales of i10 from Arasu Hyundai for me. His service was very much poor and I thought this is the right forum to highlight about the same. When I reached for the delivery of the car at about 1630 hrs. on 6th april 2011 he was not available and when I enquired about him thru' his collegues I was informed that he was on leave on that day( even though he knows about delivery of my car). Then when I hv contacted him I was informed that due to his personal problem he has taken leave. But I insissted to present for a short period for delivery of my car.

Later on he arrived at about 1730 hrs. and made the delivery of the car. Afterwards he never bothered to follow up about the despatch of the temp. regn. papers to my address. I hv to pusue the matter with other dealing sales team and they could send me the papers recently that to without VAT paid papers which is reqd. for the registration of the vehicle.

The person in the sales team should have effective co-ordination since delivery till vehicle gets registered whereas Mr. Sivakumar did not bother about the same. Such persons should be properly trained in the sales team. Management of Arasu Hyundai should make a note of this and the concerned person should be corrected for how to co-ordinate with the customers. Merely writing the slogans will not serve the purpose. Otherwise the dealer may lose valuable customers who may choose other dealers of their choice. A serous thought may be given by the management of Arasu Hyundai, Thanjavur.

Hi Sir,

Same experience. An agent by name Malik coordinated (supposed to) with my i20 purchase. but on day of delivery he also took leave for personal reasons, but never came back. I had to take delivery without him Because I wanted the car so badly.
Same trouble with registrations and paperwork, no one helped.
Arasu hyundai Trichy is supposed to be the worst in Dealership business in the planet.
Arasu hyundai should change their attitude and business practise.
Now I am a blacklisted customer, so they dont even give new vehicles (fluidic verna) for test drive, and never respond properly to my problem with my car.
Good product, bad service. Will Arasu hyundai see our worries in this forum.Lets hope so!
