[Resolved]  Arise India Ltd. — Problem in within warranty

Good morning,

Yesterday one service technician came and seen the Arise battery and 10 numbers of distal water bottles. After his observation he told this is dry run problem. Now please make your judgement based on the following data I have:

Date of purchasing: 07/06/2009

Warranty: 18 months

Number of complaint : 03

Number of distal water bottle used: 10

Please give me your reply as soon as possible by mail because my family is facing the problem ( summer is on peak already and light problem in night) and for further actions.

This is really a problem which should be solved instantly, how can a shpkeeper do like this if a product is in warranty period.

I think there is some problem with battery, because it shouldn't consume this much of water quantity. The company should change the battery as it is still under warranty.
I also faced same problem, but was replaced with new one.
I am using the Battery of Hundai but I fill the water after 6 months and I am getting proper power backup.

I never seen any battery such as this. It should be change because this is in warranty period

I have seen in the internet, this product is ISO rated. Consuming this much of water quantity, I think this manufactuting defect and responsible party or company should replace the battery as it is still in warranty.
