Today i am in burden of my widow daughter i.e MEAHAR KANTHI .She married 25 yrs back with that my problem is solved. Later on on[protected] MY SON-LAW EXPIRED ISUUE LESS & PROPERTY LESS. FURTHER SHE IS NOT EMPLOYED ALSO THEN CAME TO ME AND STAYING WITH ME.There fore i applied for PART -II ORDER TO Include her .While in service I have reported reg birth my children.So on that pretext i have applied a copy of PART II ORDER to send me.With that copy I will forward for E C H S CARD FOR MY above said daughter.

I am serving Jco of AFMC Pune-40, My Jc No is Jc 698534w, I am not getting salary since Apr 2012 when I returned from MI Room Pokhara Nepal posting. My family is staying in Pune and I have two school going children who are studying in class 10th and 6th respectively, Being a trainee I did not get any facilities from my parent unit. Entire my family is under stress to survive in Pune, My children also suffering financially they are unable to bear financial stress. To save me and my family atleast release basic pay of my salary so that my family could survive.

I am pensioner w.ef 01 Oct 2010 . As per PPO Nos S/034277/2010(Army) and PPO No DE/013238/2010(Army) I am getting service pension. But I was granted ACP-III w.e.f 23 Sep 2010 vide RO Gen Pt II Order No 1/0253/0139/2010 dt 09 Jun 2010. Consequent upon grant of ACP wef 23 Sep 2010 there are difference in service pension and disability pension. The corrigendum PPOs for revised rate of pension and disability pension have not been received by me till date. Please do the needful.

I am M.Shanmugam, army no. 13966193F Ex-havildar.
My PPO no. is S/044827/2009 (ARMY).
With respect i want to tell you that i am getting just the service pension but not getting disability pension. my disability percentage is 20%. so i am not getting any medicle allowance and bank is telling that the disability pension s not notified in the PPO.
So i request you humbly, to take necessary action on the same.
and suggest me what i should do further to get my disability pension.

2. That Sir, the bank Official inform me to Submit New PPO in my Concern Bank for making Further Payment, Without New PPO the Bank cannot make Proper Payment and as well as Huge arrears too.
3. In view of above, due to re-employment and staying from house, I could not change my Home address therefore Record office Send all My PPO to Treasury Khowai( Tripura).So I request you to please send my 3rd & 4th PPO (under 6th CPC) to my Bank.
4. In view of above, you are requested to kindly review my case and rectify my rate of pension at the earliest please.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that I am getting qualifying service pension w.e.f. 01/11/1989, but no dearness allowance was paid to me for the period from[protected] to[protected].
