3. In Mar 2007 the interest rate was around 9% for three years and above time period .The difference between matured amount and Premature is Rs 210416.oo for 11 months it is too much .

4. I want to know the followings –

(a) How much interest rate is calculated for payment for the period of 37 months?
(b) In addition to the interest rate have you given 0.5% for senior citizen?
(c) The interest rate given is correct?

5. You are requested to recalculate my payment on FDR’s and credit the difference in the same saving account no -[protected] at the earliest.

I am a new pensioner. Retired on 28 Feb 2010. My POO, No M/003129/2010 dated 05 Mar 2010, despatched by PCDA Allahabad on 10 Mar 2010 and received in Pension Desbursing office SBI Tresury Br, Pune on 13 Mar 2010. Treasury branch farwarded the PPO to paying branch, that is, SBI Golibar Maidan, Pune Branch on19 Mar 2010. After lots of chase the PPO is farwarded to SBI CPPC Navi Mumbai branch by SBI Golibar Maidan Branch on 30 Mar 2010 under courier No EM 35028745 O IN and provided contact references of SBI CPPC Navi Mumbai. SBI Navi Mumbai is requested to credit the pensionary awards Rs 2460436 plus pension of Mar 2010 in my bank account No [protected] by sending personal application by hand from Pune to Navi Mumbai on 05 Mar 2010.

Sir, the pensionary awards due to me on 01 Mar 2010 details provided by PCDA Allhabad on 10 Mar 2010, within 10 days after retirement are not credited to my bank account till todate, that is after lapse of 25 days plus in the age of ECS services.

The amount is required earnstly to meet obligatory expenses. It is requested needful be done on top priority.

This is inform you that my husband has expired on 15.08.2009, intimation has been given to District sainik welfare office, BHIND (M.P.) along with death certificate No.356189 dtd.17.08.2009, copy enclosed for your ready reference. Sir, till date I have not got any response from the District sainik welfare office, BHIND (M.P.) and records office Delhi cantt-10, I am widow and senior citizen having age 73 years approx, , moving from one office to another office for widow pension. No one is taking care for me. My village is 30 km away from the District sainik welfare office, BHIND (M.P.), Spend more than thousand of rupees on transport / conveyance but result is zero. My husband has also request with the District sainik welfare office, BHIND (M.P.) for correction of my name as HOLA DEVI, vide affidavit dated 16.06.1994 enclosed for your ready reference but it has not been corrected in the records. You have seen that lots of such cases have been corrected in your records office because earlier no one takes care about this mistake; wife name has been wrong endorsed on discharge book, because peoples were illiterate and they do not read the discharge book carefully at the time of discharged from Army such problems have been faced by only their widow.

I declared and assured you that my husband has not married other than me. There is only clerical mistake in records office or if my husband has submitted any documentary evidence like death certificate which proof that Hola Devi has been expired, let me know the fact, who is responsible? I can put/show all the evidence which is required for cross examination of the board or competent authority. Same can be verified from the Collectorate office i.e. Bhind (M.P).You may investigate the matter from your end also. My husband has requested the department/record office delhi 10 to correct the wife name as Hola Devi but it has not been corrected, even District sainik welfare officer, BHIND (M.P.) Lt. Col. V.S. Kushwah (Retd.) has also requested with the records office vide letter no.DSNO/94/WEF/PENSION dated 16.06.1994, enclosed for your ready reference but it has not been corrected and now I am suffering and moving from one office to another . Let me know what the documents you require from my end. Please take the immediate action to close the issue.

You are requested to arrange to make the monthly family pension to me as soon as possible. Your immediate response shall be highly appreciated.

APS Shanker Vihar is Terminating Teachers on ground of Non Performance where they have mentioned to have issued a corrective note to Teachers earlier which have never been issued. All the effected teachers were serving Probation or extended probation.

Please find the medical report which shows NK Jani Basha[protected] RR BN c/o 56 APO) Beaten to his mother (Widow) admitted in Hospital as the December 23rd 2009 his attitude was beyond tolerance and reported in local PS. From couple of years every time when he comes to vocation harassing and beating Mother and sisters. All other family members are graduates married and well settled. Every time he is abusing and beating married elder sisters. Since he is working in army we will be very glad and thankful if you assist/corrective steps that he should not repeat the same thing again in future.

Sir,

I have not been paid the Disability amount of Rs. 700/- (20%) plus DA admissible due to VI CPC. I found that the Disability amount has not been credited in my pension for the month of January 2009 to till date.



Further, I have not recieved the arrears of Disability amount due to V CPC for the period from (i) 01/06/98 to 01/06/2000 and ( ii) 02/06/2000 to till date. I have already requested the Manager, SBI Arcor to forward the pay details pertaining to the above period direct to you . The SBI Arcot forwarded the pay details to the CPPC, SBI CHennai. This one is not sufficient to settle the disability amount. The total period of account which is paid and unpaid account to be forwarded from the SBI, Arcot to CPPC, CHennai. I requested several times. Eventhough they are not settled my my pending case for the past 10 years. From 01/06/2000 to till I am not getting the disability amount.

Kindly solve this pending case and give me the right solution to get the disability amount at the earliest Sir.

I once again requested to take necessary action to collect the required particulars from SBI, Arcot and remit the arrears of Disability amount as per VI CPC from 01.01.2006 as I have not been paid the monthly Disability amount for long time. ( Now I am getting only 3500/-+DA/-pm.,)

Sir I recently purchased a BlackBerry Storm 9500 (Vodafone) handset, its very nice. I have been using Idea GPRS service since last 3-4 years with my previous handset i. e. Nokia N73. But with this one I can only browse with default browser but internet dependent services like BlackBerry Maps, inbuilt GPS, Google Map and any net dependent services are not working. I conformed that whether these services are installed properly or not. I think there might be problem with access point (Service Book) or internet setting, I also checked Service Book in my BlackBerry Storm, it has four default books.

Dear sir,

I have obtained a loan of 30 lakh from HDFC BANK, BRANCH, INDIAN HABITAT CENTRE[protected]. My loan was to be given in three instalments based on construction schedule. I was given the first instalment of 15 lakh immediately. After that the harrasment started wid asking of those documents which i have already submitted, probanly they lost my documents and started asking for photocopy. On my questioning to MRS VIMMI, WHO IS INCHARGE AT INDIAN HABITAT CENTRE SHE HAD NO ANSWER AS TO HOW LOAN OF 15 LAKH WAS CLEARED IF MY DOCUMENTS WERE NOT IN ORDER, TO THAT SHE HAD NO ANSWER, after a long battle RS 660000 was cleared by her. in the mean time my house was in the final stages of construction and has been now completed with balance of payment pending to be given to contractor. MRS VIMMI IS NOT CLEARING MY BALANCE MONEY OF RS 840000/-. VEN I ASKED checked up from HDFC BRANCH AT INDIAN HABITAT CENTRE , I HAVE LEARNT that there some technical data is not complete. TODAY I GET AN SMS FROM HDFC BANK THAT they have cleared only Rs 240000/- instead of my balance amount of pending loan of Rs 840000/- arbitraryly for the reasons best known to HDFC BANK, INDIAN HABITAT CENTRE DELHI BRANCH. HOW COME VEN I AM SUPPOSE TO GET MY BALANCE MONEY OF rs 840000/- WHY AN AMOUNT OF rs 240000/- IS GIVEN. I FEEL THAT IT IS A HARRASMENT METTED OUT TO ME BY MRS VIMMI FOR THE REASONS BEST KNOWN TO HER, MAY BE I QUESTIONED HER WAY OF WORKING WHICH IS NOT ONLY SLOW BUT, SHE LOOSES THE DOCUMENTS AND THEN BLAME THE LOANEE.I DONT KNOW THE EXACT MOTIVE OF HARRASMENT BY HER AS SHE IS THE LOAN GIVING AUTHORITY. I BEING IN ARMY, POSTED PRESENTLY IN FIELD AREA CANT BE VISITING DELHI OFTEN AND IF THIS IS THE STATE AND TREATMENT METTED OUT TO INNOCENT PEOPLE BCOZ OF CARELESS AND ARBITRARY ATITUDE OF FEW NON WORKERS LIKE MRS VIMMI IT WILL BE SO DIFFICULT FOR NEONE TO OPT FOR LOAN FROM HDFC BANK. AT LEAST THE WAY MY LOAN HAS BEEN HANDLED NO ONE WOULD LIKE TO OPT.

NOW PLEASE I WANT THE FOLLOWING REDREASE :-
1. MY COMPLETE AMOUNT OF LOAN rs 840000/- BE GIVEN TO ME IN ONE GO AS CONTRACTED INSTEAD OF rS 240000/-.
2. MY EMI TO START IMMEDIATELY, INSTEAD OF ANYMORE PRE EMIS
3. INQUIRY BE ORDERED TO CHECK WHY I WAS HARRASED FOR LOAN , AND WHY IT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO NO OF INSTALLMENTS VEN I WAS TO GET IT IN THREE INSTALLMENT
4. ACTION DEPARTMENTAL BE TAKEN AGAINST ALL THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DELAY, HARRASMENT AND FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY THEY HAVE BESTOWED ON ME FOR NO FAULT OF MINE.
5. INSTEAD OF MRS VIMMI A BETTER AND MORE EFFICIENT AND CURTIOUS PERSON BE PLACED AT INDIA HABITAT CENTRE FOR DISBURSEMENT OF LOAN.
6. LASTLY THIS COMPAIN BE PUT UP TO THE HIGHEST AUTHORITIES IN HDFC BANK SO THAT THEY MUST BE AWARE AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING AT GRASS ROOT LEVEL TO OPEN THERE EYES.

On the next day I had given an application to both the Br Manager of SBI Haldibari and SBI Patiala Br. But till this moment I could not received my debited amount.

1. I have a SB Acct (A/C No - [protected]) in SBI Haldibari in West Bengal (Code- 10094) and the same acct being operating from Lucknow. On 03 mar 09 when I was drawing an amount of Rs 40000/- from the ATM of SBI Patiala, Sansad Marg , Lucknow. I found that an amount of Rs 15000/- has been debited erroneously. I had given the written application to both the Br Mgr of SBI Haldibari and SBI Patiala, Lucknow Br but till this moment I could not get my said amount credited.
