Respected Sirs, I had booked flat with Arun dev Builder at their Bhiwadi scheme on 19/06/2009, but I have not seen any satisfactory work, any development work starts of the assigned location at Bhiwadi up to 3 years from booking. Arun Dev Builders promise to me position will hand over after 30 months as per application of provisional registration. My Reg. No. is 61948AS. I have paid to Arun Dev Rs. 47000.00. I have applied for refund on 07/02/2012. Arun Dev Builder told me we will NEFT Transfer in your Account after one month. I am phone calling every week this No. [protected],[protected]. Answer “you will give money refund coming week” Company and their representative are cheating me.
