[Resolved]  Ashok Leyland — bad quality of engine material

I have purchased alot of trucks, ecomets with heno engine and I have issues regarding the engine failure. There is no warranty for after sale and service of vehicles, no one is taking responsiblilty for this issue. This month in 4 vehicle's HENO engine the head and block had cracked. I had sent the vehicles to PEARY LAL AND SONS in DELHI and GUATAM AUTOMOBILE in GURGAON but still no results.
The engines get ceased because of mechanical faults of the engine parts. Fatigue has occured in the engine parts. I have observed that the european Heno engine has very bad qaulity, use and throw, I suggest that these engines are a failure in India incomparison with Tata's engines. Tata's after sale service and network are much better than Ashok leyland.

Please give me solutions for this problem.

I have very interested towards the job you are offered.
I purchase your tipper commet CT 1613 on date:- 03/11/2009 from AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURE LIMITED, NAGPUR.
1.After 6 months silencer broken . complaint put up to your DEALER, but they replies above part is not available with us.
2. In 11 months I replace 12 pairs of tyres. My vehicle kilometer is now only 59000 and yet the problem is as it is.

Please give us solution for above problem.

we have purchased 2 nos of 49 seater LYNX nearly 10 days back and one tyre of each bus weared by 3" after running merely 500KM because of manufacturing defect as pointed by your dealer and a channel has to be cut to make no more damage.The dealer, BHARAT MOTOR, BBSR promise to replace the tyre soon, which is yet to be materialised.so, the buses are running without stepin.what will we do, if one tyre of buses with students will be punctured on the way.kindly suggest what to do.

i purchase ashok ley land 1616 Tipper, Purchase date is 3-2-2011 and problem is Pumpset Is not working and my tippers stand by 3-2-2011 aaj tak huwa nahi. nobody has taken any complaint in nerul automotive showroom .
i purchase ashok leyland 3116 il truck.The problem is K.M.P.L is very poor, poor pickup.
I complain layland service engineer for this area . But no reply and bad behavior. The leyland company and sree automobile and sona wheels nobody has taken any complaint..The most third class company & product.

Please give us solution for this problem.

Dear sir,
             as per my best knowledge after taking charge of Mr. Vinod Dasare as MD He had terminated dealership who are doing other competitor business.
we are a victim of your this jugement because u have terminated dealership of our owner delership (Tirupati Diesels) at Udaipur due to running of Valvo dealership.
 and from since I am unemployed due to this decision
Than u have terminated dealership name o[censored]ltra energy, Jodhpur due to competitive activity of Mahendra DG sets.
Now why are u given a dealership of Sikar (Rajasthan) to such person who is involving in Sandon dealership of Jaipur, Sikar area since last 5 years and Sandon is a competitor in DG market in India now.and very big threat for all dg set manufacturer.
is this not a double standard ?

ashok leyland 3116 il — wrong average

DEAR SIR,
I have purchased 3 ashoklelyand 3116il heavy vehicle 2 months ago the company committment is that this vehicle gives you 3.50 km/litre but they are giving me 2.56 km/litre average.company give me a wrong information about this vehicle.please satified me and other transporter.In future never purchase ashoklelyand vehicle.

we had purchase (12) 3116 truck from AL in the last 2 years. But one of our 3116 had broken the block 3 days back and the company is saying that the damage is over warranty the chasis no of truck is MB1KADYC6AEVC5374 Engine No VAH619226. In this we have notice that Gunjen Pin was broken but Kranck and main begun bearing are in tack condition. there is no wear & tear on crank surface.So we request you to please send someone to tell us the reason why this happen.

This is regarding AL 1212 E comet smart purchased in January 2013 Registered in February bearing Reg No:KA.02.AD.1296.The vehicle has run 2500+ Kms till now & is facing severe electrical & drivetrain problem right from the first trip.The vehicle has been reported at Mysore, Bidadi, & Peenya Branch of Sundaram Motors several times for service attention accounting to 12 Days wastage of my time.But til date the vehicle has not been attended sincerely & the problem has not been rectified...

I am K. Sakthivel I got a vehicle from Ashok Leyland before 3 years TN77 7705, Chase No: MBIE3DYCOBEVF3883, Engine No: VBEI48765Z. The truck housing got creak before 2 years during the warranty period. I have reported to Namakkal TVS they said they have send fax to main branch. But still now they are not responding for changing the truck housing. So please take necessary action to replace housing.

We have purchase Ashok Leyland Dost LS on 13th July 2014 from M/s Nanavati Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. Pardi Valsad, and have done 2 free servicing and then we came to know that your dealer M/s. Nanavati Vehicales Pvt. Ltd. Pardi Valsad, was suddenly closed without inform to us that where should we go for further servicing or whom should we contact if any other problem we face under warranty. Twice I have contacted at Surat dealer, he told me to bring the vehicle at Surat.
I don’t understand for free servicing why should I move 120 Kms far from my place, this was not inform to me when I was wanting to purchase the vehicle. Now my vehicle average was drop down and it is only 10 kms per ltr. as per your manual the average is 16 kms per ltr. And during searching your other dealers we have wasted time and my free service limit is also passed away. Now I want my remaining free servicing and average setting of my vehicle to be done by you.
Please look in to the matter seriously to avoid legal action form our side.
So please solve the issue as soon as possible.
