I received a call on April 1, 2023 for telephonic interview for Ashok Leyland. I attended it and on April 3, i received a confirmation letter for selected in the company. Then they asked to pay 8000 for security purpose. I have paid them and then only I came to know that it was fraudulent.

On 17th March, 2023 I got a call from a female person which was congratulating me for my resume selection for the recruitment process of Ashok Leyland, and after that she asked me to send my name with my email ID. I did the same, then on 18th March, 2023 next message of my scheduled telephonic interview had arrived. I got the call from the same person whom I talked previous day her name was Mamta Arora(MOB NO-[protected]). The Interview started with the basic and very easy questions, I easily answered every question and the way she was asking these silly questions made me to start feeling something suspicious about the recruitment but then also she urged me to send the required documents for verification, I have sent the documents 10th and diploma marksheet along with my graduation certificate and Aadhar Card also it know was a mistake but I sent the documents on the email HR.ASHOAKLEYLANDLIMITED.[protected]@gmail.com AND [protected]@ASHOAKLEYLAND.COM, since I not have taken this that much serious so I did as she said me to do.

On got a confirmation letter with my designation as Junior Engineering in Electronics Engineer asking me to pay Rs.8000 as a security fee in which it was instructed to pay it on the same date before 2:30 pm on the same day on which I received the confirmation letter i.e. 20 MARCH, 2023. Also there it was also mentioned that for any query I can contact to HR- UMA RAO (Mob. No. [protected]), I contacted to that guy and asked him how what kind of fee he is demanding then he told me that the fee is for the recruitment process which will get refunded once I join the company, I insisted him to cut the security fee once I join the company with my first salary than he said that it is not possible as it after selection his job will get over. At last I said that I will pay the money as he wants and than disconnected the call later on I finally understood that it was all noting but a fraud.
I'm filing this complain as I have submitted my educational documents which can be misused in any way which will be out of my reach, and I want that for these fraudsters police and system should take any strict action against them at last I want to say that it was a fraud which made me to get almost trapped but with god sake I came out of this claws of these fraudsters also I would like to alert the rest of the people to act wisely in such cases and be aware of these fraudsters.

We are in logistics field. Commits with lots of delvieries how to we follow all the stuffs.

2 days ago i got a mail from fake email id regards from ashok leyland and her name is mamta arora i got sms telephonic interview and she said you should have interview i attended that interview and after the completion of interview i got sms like you should have to submit your documents at that time i unfortunately send my mark sheets and as well as aadhar card and one passport size photo what should i do?

Some fake people stating as HR of so and so company taking telephonic interview and asking to submit documents and demanding money.Serious action should be taken by the police so people wouldn't receive such mails from fraudsters.

As per the subject cited above it is submitted that Sachkhand Convent School Educational Society, Hindumalkot Road, Abohar, Punjab had purchased three Dost Express 2600MM WB BS IV vehicles in Jan. 2020 from the Grover Motors Pvt Ltd. Registered office at 274, Industrial Area, Focal Point Road, Opp. Aarti Steel, Ludhiana. While purchasing the said vehicles we were informed that all service & repair related services will be provided at the Abohar workshop itself, but the said dealer is now not fulfilling his promise and asking to send vehicles to Ludhiana itself for regular service of vehicles. Due to lockdown period and closure of schools previous year the vehicles were not plied on the road and we have already borne a huge financial losses and as Ludhiana is situated at a distance of around 250 KM from Abohar one side so it is not possible for us to send vehicles to 500 Km to & fro for repair and service, prices of diesel are also soaring very high. When we approached the local workshop for service and repair of Vehicles, the workshop authorities have expressed unability due to the shortage of accessories and necessary equipments for the regular guarantee period service and repairs. This forced us to get our vehicles serviced & repaired from some unauthorised Person. We have requested ample times to the said dealer to provide us service at the local workshop as promised, but our request fell to deaf ears. This also dented your reputation. We are further planning to buy more such vehicles for our school as we are satisfied with the performance of your vehicles but with utter disappointment we regret to inform that your dealer is not redressing our grievances. Kindly do the needful at the earliest otherwise you may lose a potential buyer of your vehicles.

The Eicher truck broke down few days ago, on checking it was found that the temperature sensor isn't working. It needs a replacement. With utmost grief, this is to state that I, Beachan Bhagat, owner of the said vehicle, faced a service problem for the above mentioned vehicle and accordingly, I approached your Authorised Service Centre at Banskopa, Durgapur by the name and fame of “SHREE AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD.”.

After inspection and taking inspection charges of Rs. 3, 000.00 (INR Three Thousand only) they finalised that that there was no problem in the Pump and that the Injector is having problem which will incur a servicing cost of Rs. 25, 000.00. Querying the same outside at another service zone, I found the charges to be around Rs. 12, 000.00. So, I took the injector and did the servicing done outside and handed over the serviced Injector to the Technician of “SHREE AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD.”.

After that they started telling that now, the problem is in the Pump, while earlier they have inspected it and finalised the pump to be in okay condition. Then also, we told them to send the pump to the service zone where from we have serviced the injector (which is also an authorised centre of Ashok Leyland), but without any prior intimation they send the Pump to some other Service Point. Now, that very service centre is pointing that the pump has been intentionally damaged by inserting an extra pin and a ball inside it. We let the service engineer at “SHREE AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD.” know about this but he denied this blame but yes, this time, he gave us an affirmative reply that, our vehicle will be delivered to us within the next 24 hours.

Now, even after that, even after another 7 days, they are unable to deliver the vehicle and also they are demanding another vehicle’s “DIESEL TANK MOTOR” to check the motor of WB39B5477 AND MAKING A MESS OF EVERYTHING, THUS CAUSING TREMENDOUS HARRASMENT, ESPECIALLY MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY.

But sir, in between all these we have crossed OVER a month of time and just for a service and that to, from an Authorised service Centre of such a giant company by the name and fame of “ASHOK LEYLAND” is not at all expected by customers like us who are already totally dependant for our regular bread and butter, solely on the service of your reputed teamwork and management.

Sir, at this present scenario, we have ultimately lost a span of 40-45 days with no business done, resulting to non-payment of each and everything as we were never prepared for all these harassment. I, personally, keep myself aside of all these improper things and that’s why I had chosen to work with vehicles of Ashok Leyland, but is this the end result that I should get of the trust that I have made towards your esteemed company? Whom should I held responsible for all these as today, I am almost finished up both financially and mentally, as I have became unable to feed my associated driver and khalasi? I am feeling the time to be the end of the road.

Sir, please take these matter to the very top most level of enquiry as I only want justice, so that I can retain the trust that I have showed against your concern and brand. Vehicle model AL 2518 XL – 260”WB BS IV registered no KA51AC5253.
We have registered a complaint (on 13/01/2021) at TVS & Sons Ltd - Ashok Leyland, Madurai (Branch) regarding Centre Joint shaft & bearing noise. Mr. Selvam (Vehicle attender) was explained about the issue briefly by our driver Mr. Sugumar. Mr. Selvam checked the Issue and provided the Performa for Rs. 9000/- promising to resolve the issue by 4PM. We have agreed and accepted to pay the subjected amount.
Next 1 hour I got a call again from Mr. Selvam briefing that the centre joint is of different type so the Performa amount will be revised to Rs.12000/- where we agreed to the same. Meanwhile all the dismantling work was happening. Around 2PM I got a call from Mr. Selvam stating that this centre joint is of different model we don’t have spares at our showroom, we will arrange from the market to clear the issue where the Performa value changes to Rs.16000/-.
We agreed to replace the spare with the said amount. He called back at 4PM and said that the part no is mismatched in the local market. As informed earlier this model Centre joint is difficult to get in the local market also we have checked with all our Tamilnadu showrooms, where there is no spares available.
Luckily they have only 1 set available at poonthamalli, chennai and Mr. selvam Statement was, we have to place an order to that showroom, and we will be receiving the spares by 19/01/2021 only then we can replace the parts. Untill then the vehicle should stand ideal (6 days). He also said that its not their fault, it’s purely AL fault not providing proper spares. We also insisted him to re-mantle the parts to the old condition so that we will move on to the load and later once you informus we will come and replace it. He objected that once dismantled cannot be rebuilt. It is a must you have to wait till the parts arrive. This is the last conversation.
Losses we are facing due to TVS & Sons Ltd - Ashok Leyland, Madurai employee carelessness,
my vehicle is now halted at Madurai showroom,
1) We missed out a planned loads to Hyderabad at (8PM), which was already informed to Mr Selvam at the time of job card entry. (Rs.38500/-)
2) Driver is not allowed to stay in showroom due to covid19 situation. Until the vehicle is getting ready I have to support him to stay in the local place (with Accommodation/Food etc) (Rs.6000/-).

This is Arokkia Arun A from Thiruvarur, i bought Ashok Leyland Dost CNG on[protected] at Nagapattinam Showroom one of the branch of Kun Capital Trichy. Unfortunately my vehicle repaired with in 2 months due to Silencer issue. So i went to Trichy show room and told them to service and asked for the solution. They said, it is issue have been happening in Particular Model of vehicle so we can claim by Ashok leyland company itself and they are asked 10 days time to resolve the issue.
But now they are taken 25 days but till now there is no solution.
